Dora Cake - This is Chef Troiano’s take on “dorayaki, or dora cake, a typical Japanese dessert made with castella pancake and normally filled with red bean paste. Chef’s version is filled instead with fresh mascarpone, fermented pear, and sake paste.

Protein 101 (read below)
When you eat proteins, your digestive tract breaks it down into 21 little building blocks called amino acids that can be reconfigured and repurposed into muscles, hormones (like insulin and adrenaline), enzymes, antibodies, and literally countless other things in our body.
Of these 21 amino acids, 9 of them are essential, meaning your body cannot make them, meaning you have to get it via food.
Animal proteins, quinoa, buckwheat are COMPLETE proteins because they have all 21 amino acids, whereas grains, legumes, and other plant-based proteins are INCOMPLETE.
Even if you eat complete proteins, if you aren’t breaking it down properly in your stomach, aka the organ mostly responsible for protein digestion, you can be protein-deficient. This affects your energy, your body composition, your mood.

Cheesy goodness - The Poseidon cheese boat 🧀
This was made with many layers of cheese and made for the most incredible cheese pull! The little twists of bread were the perfect thing to dip into the cheese almost like fondue
's Karaage Chicken and opted for the spicy scallion honey fish sauce and it was soo good 😩 Although the sauce sounds skeptical, its not overpowering and made the chicken super tasty 😊 We were also pretty basic and got the Red Dragon roll which was tasty and filling as well!
For our Spicy Miso Ramen lovers... ask for an EXTRA large bowl on your next visit!
