Omg THIS is exactly what I need. Fucking HELL I am unfit and unconditioned and that’s why I’ll be down here like a creep as much as I can over the next couple of weeks.
This was the cardio conditioning class. 3 rounds of 3 minutes a mix of burpees, assault bike, rowing, frog jumps, core, and I can’t remember what else because I was delirious 😂 I’m clearly dying in these and I want to show how much I’m struggling, because you’ll see as the weeks go along it’ll get easier. Do you want to see more of these types of workouts?
Brilliant! 2 weeks and I’ll be back to having a fully functioning lung capacity and the cheese and baileys will be off my hips 😂 @canggunest
