who’s starting their week off with a booty workout!? it’s time to get those legs moving and heart rate up! even if you only have ten minutes, take the time to move your body to help release stress + give you energy. one of my favorite booty moves that also works the lower abs is a lunge with a kick up.
step back into a lunge position starting with your right leg. On an exhale, kick your right leg infront of you. this not only works your leg and booty, but also those strong abs. repeat going as slow or fast as you need, and then switch legs. 💪 swipe right for demo 👉

My answer: time management!! ⏰🙌🏼 I have to plan out my weeks with my online calendar to visually see all I have to do.🗓I think writing things down, making a visual on a laptop or having a desk/wall calendar are some easy ways to organize your time. 📆If you put down all you have to do it shows your free time you have within the week. Today I had the day off work so I used it to my advantage to hit the gym!💪🏼 Life is all about balance and choices. In your free time between classes/work/meetings are you binge watching Netflix or using that hour to clean your apt, make some notecards for your exam, get a little stretching or workout in? Find what’s best for you! The older I get the more efficient I’ve gotten with my time! Get a calendar and plan out your week😊 How to you balance your crazy life?

El otro día volví a escuchar de mucho tiempo Blue Light, mi segundo disco. Pasó algo más de un año desde que lo publiqué pero pareciera que fue más. Me di cuenta que las canciones envejecieron bien y marcaron el camino de aprendizaje y búsqueda que vivo hoy.
