Day 5! Lots going on today, mostly in the form of trying to figure out whether or not I’ll have a working washer this weekend 😅 (most likely yes! So that’s good!) Got my #dailyworkout

in late tonight, but definitely did not do well with eating today. We had a “mommy is tired and has no energy to cook” day which ended in pizza 🍕 Tomorrow though, back to better habits!
I was really tired today, but I’m so glad I pushed myself to do my workouts. Even though right now I’m making small changes, I’m focusing on making small consistent changes. Got to build up those habits and then build on top of those! I think that in the past, I’ve pushed myself to do too much, too fast, and I’ve not kept up and end up giving up. So now, my focus is to add things in a little at a time. Once I’m more settled in to making sure I’m working out consistently, then I’m focusing on being better at eating g #leancleanandgreen

this month making home cooked meals! Tonight was the first night in 2 weeks where we ordered dinner! And if #squishthetyrant
weren’t off on his sleep schedule, and the hubs wasn’t feeling sick, I would have kept that streak going. But some days, you got to let your mental load rest, you know?)
