Fuck it I'm tired of sitting around, she looks ready to me! I'm going up Bee Canyon to San Jacinto Ridge in the Baby Ranger. 🏔 Will I find snow? 🤷🏻
It’s difficult to explain what it feels like to be where @sashadigiulian
are in this image. You’re sitting and standing comfortably, but there is nowhere to go without a rope. I couldn’t fathom it as I clicked the shutter on the drone controller from the ground, hundreds of feet below them. Hours later after their descent, they giddily announced to me that the 8th pitch was the most aesthetic and they wanted me up there tomorrow. Swipe right for a behind the scenes clip of the moment I left that ledge to get in position and shoot pitch 8 🤯 what would life be without the rush of adrenaline and excitement that comes from meeting challenges head on with passion and persistence 🙏🏼

O.M.GOSH...I feel SO much better! I was laying low for a little while, allowing my body to heal from whatever cold was trying to attack it!
I thank God that it seems to be passing because I have been so antsy to get back to my workouts! It is amazing how a few days of not working out and laying around can leave muscles tight. Rolling was a little longer today...yoga was more focused on holding stretches longer...and my workout was focused on form. (And FYI...I sped the workouts up...I don’t lift that fast! 🤦♀️🤣🤷♀️).
On a side note...did you get a looooook at ALL. THAT. SNOW?! 😍😍😍 Too bad it’ll be gone by the weekend! 🙄
Getting ready for our road trip next weekend and I was doing a deep clean on our truck (dare I say a workout in itself?!) and I found some WONDERFUL surprises! Jason and I could NOT for the LIFE of us find where the puppy poop smell was coming from! Wellllll, I found it! 🤦♀️🙄😆 Lets just say...I’m thankful for disposable cups! I’ll leave it at that!
Lastly, I have been getting questions about the bone broth, marshmallows, & ShakeO I use, so I answer all of it here!!!

’s ski descent of the Lhotse Couloir and found this incredible quote from Jim that explains my sentiment towards walking down perfectly. "As a skier and a climber, you get to where you're like, 'I don't want to walk down this mountain.' I've climbed a lot of mountains that I've had to walk down. And it's pretty awful. Going downhill is by far the most physically demanding part of all of it. It's hard, and, from our perspective, kinda crazy. Ideally, you should ski that shit." 🙏🏼 if you haven’t read the whole article, go check it out!
It was such a quiet morning when we got to Emerald Lake. The parking lot was decently full, but we barely saw anyone during our long walk around the lake. It had just snowed, and the fresh powder was crunching under our hiking boots, at times the only sound we could hear.
Even now, it was one of my favourite travel days ever. The reflection of the mountains in the lake. The feeling like we were the only ones in the park. I think about this day all the time and feel so lucky I got to experience this piece of our country.
Do you reminisce on your favourite travel days constantly, too? What’s your favourite travel memory?
🌲 the mountains are calling and I must go 🌲 (but not without the necessaries) 🍻 #rainier
