Been getting so much work done on the racecar lately. Feels so good to fix little things that have been bugging me.
Waiting for car parts is the worst😪
Crawling long distances with heavy weight on your back is the best way to build wrist and rotator cuff strength. Try and think of a more effective way to stress out the tendons so they can rebuild and become stronger...you can’t. Turtle shell crawls displayed here are great if you have a heavy tire but really anything can be used as long as you can feel a sharp pain in the wrists and shoulders. The pain is appropriate so you know the joint is being properly stressed. From a pain scale of 1-10. 1 being a finger prick and 10 being a shot to the leg mine was a 6/10. Equivalent to my high school sweetheart breaking up with me. It hurt but it was bearable. I hope you get some heavy walks in today and remember that you shouldn’t shy away from a little bit of pain. Stay angry. Beat Kibbles.
