This is in my current split I’m working! It’s a Chest/Tricep💪🏼 workout with an ab finisher! 😅 Finding that separating out my tricep and bicep days is fun and different way for me to mix up my splits. Hope you all enjoy this one, you’re going to want to save this one for later.
And yes videos are not in order because I liked this video the best, I’m a little vain that way.
A) 15 degree dumbbell bench with 1 1/4 rep 5x5
B1) Pushups 5x10
B2) 15 degree tricep extensions with dumbbells 5x8
C1) Cable Flys 4x12
C2) Prontating Tricep Pressdowns 4x12
D1) French Press with Rope 4x15
D2) Banded crunch 4x20

An update for you all! Decided that I’ll be going on a mini cut and fully holding myself accountable for a couple months.
• Progress will be tracked most likely through photos and obviously how hard I’ll be pushing myself through training and progressively overloading on time, effort and of course the weights. Won’t be tracked through weight scales as they‘re a whole different story 🙄, but I may put it in just for anyone who may be curious! It’s time to really push myself even more and see what I’m capable of.
• The commitment sure is a lot to ask but remember that when you’re making these changes, it is to suit your lifestyle for the LONG-RUN. Any temporary changes in diet and exercise are useless to say the least as you’ll put the weight back on immediately and be stuck in a cycle of confusion as to how you must approach fitness. Do your research and be confident in how you’re going about it, everyone’s different.
•Of course I’m fuelling myself with another shakshouka for breakfast this morning, 1 egg and 2 egg whites, 2 whole meal toasts and 1 hearty cappucino, 388cals of goodness 😍

Last two sets of standing military press. Started with 155x10 185x9 then this set shown 205x3 then 100x9 plus 28lbs of chains on each side. If you set a goal you have to do whatever it takes to reach it sometimes that means trying new things!
