First back squats in 2-3 years. Had always stuck to front squat due to recurring shoulder injury affecting bar positioning. 160x1 belt, 150x1 no belt. Look like half good mornings but not bad for the first time in years. Lot more room to improve.

You can be strong as all get out, but if you can’t hold your own bodyweight in a variety of situations, you’re still dead in the water. Be strong to be useful.
