In all fairness, I’m loving Michelle’s trainer game. 👌🏻
But I have to choose Hip Thrusts. Such a good exercise to isolate the Glutes. You really feel the pump (haha), and are great for developing a shapely butt. .
And guys, the Glutes are so important for functional strength and usually under developed in dudes. Plus, it helps with your CK Boxer game. 😉
