The Bulgarian Split Squat with cable attached Foot Split Squat’ is technically a normal squat, however it is performed uni-laterally with one leg placed behind the other leg, this exercise performed right works balance knee stability and core, I also added kettle bell thrusters to work the shoulders also makes the exercise more challenging. The primary muscles targeted throughout the Bulgarian split squat are found in the upper quadricep and the glutes, making them a beneficial compound exercise (numerous joints and muscles worked in one simple exercise).
