after enjoying. from a super nice day. Started crossfit 1 year ago. At that moment I only ever wanted to participate in a competition. never thought that we would also end up on the podium. this tastes like more. now working on the things that you can and should be much better at. my thanks to the coaches and supporters without you did not succeed and even more thanks to my buddy @coravd91 who also worked super hard. could not have a better buddy. #teamseries18#hstlmade@flinndal_sport

What's your mindset? Watch a demonstration and say "I can't do that"?. Or watch it and ask yourself, "How can I do that?"⠀
Over the years I've heard lots of people say "you make it look easy"during a demonstration. What they mean is they can't do it, so there must be something wrong with them.⠀
Things are easy-ER because it's something I've done for a long time. Thousand of reps over the past 20-some years of training. But it wasn't always easy.⠀
And when I learn something new, it isn't easy. ⠀
But nothing worth doing is easy. And the only way to make it less hard is to practice until it isn't hard any more.⠀
It's not a secret. It just takes time and persistence. ⠀
