July is Hero Wod Month for my one of my Fitness Classes🙌🏻💪🏻 As a coach especially, fitness is a lot of things to me... fun with friends, challenging, invigorating, demanding, learning, growing, frustrating, relaxing... the list is long, but honestly my favorite “feel” is the one that reminds me why I love this day in and day out “sacrifice”. An hour (or less) a lot of times of intense breathing and sweat and “pain” gives way to perspective when I tackle a Hero Wod in honor of those who really know the meaning of sacrifice. After hours, by myself, often in the most inconvenient time I find myself putting in the work and I am ever reminded and appreciative of each day I am still able to give it one more go. Ie: your pecs, anterior deltoid, abdominals, and spinal stabilizers. All you need is a bench or platform. . . 1. Decline Explosive Push Ups- start with your legs elevated on a bench or platform, aligning your shoulders directly over your hands. As you inhale lower your body down in one long line. As you exhale, activate your core and press the floor away lifting your body off the ground, clap your hands, to land in a nice even line to lower your body. Repeat 12x 2. Side to side hurdles - start standing on one side of a bench or platform. As you exhale press through your arms to lift the legs up and over to the other side. Activate your core to get more height transferring your weight side to side. Repeat 12x 3. Spider-Man walks - start in a nice quadruped position with your knees slightly lifted off of the ground and your shoulders directly over your hands. As you inhale lower your body and chest simultaneously to the floor while pulling one leg in towards your core. As you exhale press through the floor extending the elbows while walking the opposite leg in towards your rib cage. Repeat 12x . . Complete top to bottom 3 sets/12 reps! Цього разу на майданчику до мене підійшли і запитали: " Ти тренуєшся в залі? " , - я відповів : Звісно. На, що почув, а ну ясно чому так виглядаєш. Тобто людина тренуючись на майданчику, не виконувала половини бази з якою можна йти в зал, проте вже підсвідомо себе заспокоювала , чому так ЗЛЕ виглядає. І от, якби була можливість на зал, то він точно був би ще той здоровань!!!!. Хера з два з нього буде - ЗДОРОВАНЬ. На шляху до мети можна тренуватися будь де і будь чим. Gracias @darth.barrios 😍😚❤ por ayudarme always.👐 Fueron 7km con 90" de descanso y tenía qur ir incrementando la velocidad cada mil. Se inicia muy suave, pero se va acumulando el cansancio. Al final, creo que pude hacer un mil más, pero me dió miedito e indecisión, los músculos ya se sentían atrofiados y me quedé en 7 miles😑.
