This is what I look like most of the time when I train. Hair in a bun. Sweaty tomato face🍅. No makeup. Making ugly faces when I lift🤪. No videographer getting perfect angles. Just me propping my phone on my water bottle 🤣 I‘m here to TRAIN, not to look pretty or impress anyone.
RDLs. Top set @ 180lbs. Front squat 1RM with @drjohnrusin
light blue bands @ 135lbs .
Barbell non-alternating reverse lunges. Top set @ 120 lbs. AMRAP hamstring curls on Swiss ball.
Loaded back extensions driven by the glutes first. Huge squeeze at the top. 37.5 lbs. .

is a genius, and I’m SO grateful for his knowledge and coaching. Trusting him with my improvement season training program has been the best decision. I just sprinkle in some typical bikini girl metabolic stress glute stuff here and there😏😉 But I know this program is what I need. Making me stronger, challenging me in new ways, getting me way out of my comfort zone. Lots of volume. The gains are being made, people. That’s ALL I’ve gottta say 😏😍💪🙌🙌
