So I’m about a month past my show. My calories have increased significantly to back around 2000 a day. I’m feeling good. It’s certainly been a trying week. But I keep pushing because every day is new day and a new beginning ⚡️🌟💫. If your having a rough patch (your garage breaks, you spray gasoline in your car accident, and if your grill almost explodes in your face) just remember things come in 3’s and the rest is smooth sailing!! Finally got back to my curl bar tonight!! 💪🏻👏🏻😊 In my new sports bra. 😻 Bronchitis kicked my ass for a while and I'm still fighting it but moving the hell along and pushed myself to squeak out a bicep/tricep routine. It felt GOOOOOOOD.🔥
