Stiff leg deadlifts, one for you who have the core and mobility to do it
Merging a Romanian deadlift and a conventional full deadlift together
Really attacking the hamstrings and glutes here 🍑
Make sure you set your core (watch me engage at the start) and back, as soon as you start rounding, you’re shifting the load away from where you want it
Keep everything tight, start the movement by pushing your heels down, pulling the bar back and then squeezing the bum forwards AS WELL AS shortening the hamstrings
Do all those things and your glutes and hamstrings will be singing! -

Which Is Better: bodyweight training Or Weight Training?
Well this all depends on what your goals are.
If your goal is to get as big as humanly possible, and to be able to lift as much weight as possible, then weight lifting weights will be the better path for you.
If your goal is to develop whole body strength, learn specific skills such as the handstand, planche, or front lever, then bodyweight exercises will be a more effective method.
Here’s my top 3 reasons to why I choose bodyweight!
1) Improve Flexibility While You Build Strength – you can still improve flexibility when training weights. You’ll just have to add a bunch of stretching workouts in with your routines.
I know plenty of body builders who are very flexible. The key difference is that bodyweight exercises will help improve your flexibility without additional stretching. This will also keep your muscles working at a better range of motion. More fluently with your reps.
2) Strengthen The Core With Every Move – A strong core will help prevent injury in your low back and other areas of the body. 99% of the bodyweight exercises you perform will be strengthening the core as a stabilizer muscle.
3)Helps Build “Total Body” Strength – When you use bodyweight exercise as a tool to build strength, you typically choose exercises that involve the whole body. The supporting muscles are used as synergists to help you perform the movement. There are exercises in weight lifting that have a similar effect, but not as many. My biggest tip would be for those that train with weights to also implement bodyweight exercise. 👊
