Par contre je n'ai pas confiance en moi, pas par rapport au regard des autres, je ne suis pas là pour plaire à tout le monde et personne n'est parfait de toute façon, mais je me demande souvent si je vais y arriver, si je vais pouvoir sortir du gouffre, si je vais enfin pouvoir retrouver mes capacités physiques... le doute n'est pas permis mais des fois sans le vouloir tu te remets en question après certains moments de ta vie 🤔. . Quand je dis mon corpsenchantier il y a aussi mon esprit et mon mental à reconstruire 🤯😅 . Dziś chciałbym pokazać kilka ćwiczeń z wykorzystaniem półsztangi. Niektórzy nawet nie zdają sobie sprawy, że można po prostu obrócić sztagę i dać nowy bodziec swojemu ciału oraz wykonać unikalne ruchy. Z półsztangą jesteśmy w stanie wykonać praktycznie każde podstawowe ćwiczenie począwszy od wyciskań po przysiady, wykroki czy wiosłowania. Opcji jest multum a nasz trening nabiera całkiem innego rozmachu. 💡Korzyści. Jest to bardzo dobra opcja dla osób, które mają zaburzenia związane z mobilnością barku, ponieważ jak dobrze widać na filmie ruch nie jest bezpośrednio wykonywany nad głowę, dzięki temu możemy wykonać wyciśnięcie bez zbędnego wyginania lędźwi w przód. Tyczy się to też przysiadów z ciężarem trzymanym z przodu, którego wiele osób nie jest w stanie wykonać trzymając standardową sztangą lub innym obciążenie, w tej opcji przez dość nietypowy kąt nachylenia ten przysiad powinien być możliwy. Ustawienie to pozwoli na wzmocnienie stabilności ramion dzięki sztandze, która aż sama się prosi o rotacje na lewo lub prawo, dzięki temu musimy prowadzić ruch w jednej linii. Today my leg day relied on RDL’s, squats and banded hip thrusts.🍑🌈 Dat’s it.🌚 • My leg days ALWAYS revolve around COMPOUNDS (exercises that involve numerous muscle groups: squats, deadlifts, bench press, etc). These movements genuinely allow you to lift heavier than other ‘isolation’ exercises. And in my opinion are THE MOST IMPORTANT exercises you should be doing in order to gain muscle.😊💪🏼 • This is because progressive overload can be achieved best with compound lifts. (Which is how you gain muscle + with a caloric surplus).🍔🌯 Progressive overload can be achieved in many ways, for example by: 1️⃣Increasing weight in a variety of rep ranges. 2️⃣Increasing reps/sets. 3️⃣Decreasing rest. 4️⃣Increasing volume. • So if you aren’t already incorporating compounds into your training, START‼️ (I’ll be watching🌚🌝).
