One of my favorite machines at the @friscoymca is the Jacobs ladder! Max time is 45 minutes. This day was 30. Great burn and left feeling strong! Don’t be intimidated by this machine. It’s easy on the joints and it operates by your pace. Start with 5 minutes and build from there. Change your cardio up. Don’t use the same thing over and over. Your body will become bored and you’ll stop seeing results!
