And honestly, it's so us. Sam is quick, intense, and explosive while I am long and drawn out, so extra, and immersive.
Grey is somewhere in between. Her new favorite game is "round and round" where she literally runs around in a circle which is GREAT, because she's burning so much energy off. Three minutes later she's sitting down quiet as a little mouse, surrounded by 20 books. She’s the perfect mix of both of us so far.
I hope that she can acquire Sam's athleticism (because that gene is like no where to be found in my body) but only time will tell. In the meantime, Sam will continue to buy her all the tiny little workout clothes she can find 🤸

Second leg day of the week, this one with more of an emphasis on quads! I am two days after this and still feeling itttttt! 🔥 Ow. ☠️ So hopefully you love it and get some sore legs and poppin’ quads too!..
🐺 Wide Stance Leg Press | 5 sets of 12-15 reps. [Works the inner quad. Only go as low as your body will allow. If your hips begin to curl in then you’ve gone too far].
🐺 Narrow Stance Smith Machine Squat | 4 sets of 10-12 reps. [I like to have my legs at a 90 degree angle, like sitting on an invisible chair. Don’t let your hips curl at the bottom of this. Keep your back as straight at possible].
🐺 Cable 1-1/4 Front Squat | 4 sets of 8-10 reps. [Try to be positioned over the cable pully to have the weight distributed properly].
🐺 Bulgarian Split Squat | 4 sets of 8-10 reps. [Per leg, bodyweight].

L’année dernière, en arrivant sur Lyon, je m’étais fait la promesse de mettre plus d’apaisement dans ma pratique sportive et donc d’intégrer plus de yoga 🧘🏼♀️
Et je peux dire que c’est chose faite ✅
Chaque jeudi matin, bon an, mal an, je me lève à 6h pour une heure yoga Bikram 💛
Et dès que mon emploi du temps pro me le permet j’essaie de rajouter une heure de Power Yoga 🧘🏼♀️
Deux sortes de yogas dynamiques, certes, mais qui apaisent tout de même mon corps et mon esprit de toutes les tensions accumulées ☺️
