Friends! If you don’t know much about my personal journey I want to take a minute to tell you exactly how and why I’ve become so passionate about helping people heal their bodies from the inside out and change their lives for the better! •
For as long as I can remember I have had digestive issues, chronic illnesses and struggles with weight which is what initially lead me down a path of researching and studying EVRYTHING health, fitness and nutrition.
After years of experimenting with my own body I’ve tried nearly every diet under the sun from Paleo, Atkins and Anti-Candida to 100% Plant based, Whole30 and Intermittent Fasting. Fitness regimes from pure cardio or CrossFit to weights or marathon training.
I noticed that I started becoming very anti “Magic Weight Loss Pill”, Pharmaceuticals and Antibiotics etc. and found myself a natural, healthy and sustainable way to be my healthiest, happiest and fittest self. And now I want to help others do the same! Together I want to focus as much on your physical wellbeing as your mental, emotional and spiritual. •
I believe that ANYONE can find ways to make exercise enjoyable and rewarding and I would love to share my enthusiasm to make it your way of life as well. If you want to lose weight, do sport specific training or overall just want improve your health and wellbeing, we can work together to achieve your goals, whether you’re a beginner or advanced.

How to create a good workout:
I know it can be tough getting to the gym and not knowing what to do, so I thought I’d give y’all some pointers!
First, decide which body part you’re wanting to target: legs, arms, back, glutes, or full body.
Next, choose 5-6 exercises that will target the body part you’re working that day.
Include some body weight exercises to burn you out at the end, or for warming up in the beginning.
Try some super sets if you’re wanting to make it more intense, or to make it shorter. Or you could shorten rest times!

Hey LADIES: Have you ever heard of Seed Cycling?!
I had learned about it in my Master’s program, but totally forgot until my sweet Naturopathic friend reminded me earlier this week! I will go into detail about how it works later but basically you eat specific ground, raw seeds for the first 14 days of your cycle (pumpkin + flax) and then you switch to sunflower + sesame for the last 14 days. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Lignans in the seeds act as phytoestrogens which help balance our natural estrogen production + regulate our cycles (NOTE: PHYTOestrogens are not the same as XENOestrogens) 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼 The studies I have read on this strategy have amazing results so I am really excited!

I have known for a long time that my hormones are “off” because I’m very in tune with my body.... I chalked it up to “normal” postpartum adjustments, but now that he is almost a year old, I know it’s time to get serious and figure this out 💚💚 My cycle is very irregular, extremely heavy, and I have dealt with mood swings, anxiety, fatigue.... you name it. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I eat perfect 90% of the time, but I’m still feeling like I need some balance.... I am certainly not perfect. I won't even pretend that I'm the perfect mom, Perfect coach, Perfect girlfriend or anything else that we can be "perfect" with. I dont have all my ish together.
In this crazy Facebook and Instagram infused world, we seem to always want to act like we have it completely together. We have the perfect life. 👩💼 Relationships, ❤ parenting styles, 🤱jobs...and guess what? We ALL have had mistakes. 🤷♀️We all have things we wish we could do over. We all have history. Issues of many different kinds. Nobody has the perfect life 100% of the time. And I won't act like I do. I will always continue to be 100% raw and authentic to each and every one of you. 💯💯 I have mistakes. History. And still struggle with things like anxiety and depression. 😒But guess what?
I WON'T BE ASHAMED OR FEEL GUILTY FOR IT! 🚫
Here this past week, I've really slacked. 😕 I've slacked on housework I wanted done.🙎♀️ On rules that I wanted the kids to strictly follow. 👩👧👧On making ME time.🧖♀️ On my business. 👩💻 And certainly slacked my personal development and my exercise.🏃♀️ I have missed 2 out of my workouts this week. 😱 yes 2!
But I've still lost another few pounds. Because I haven't given up on myself! Because even though I messed up the day before, I get off my ass and get back to the grind! 🏋️♀️ because I have an amazing community of people 🤗 that all realize we go through 💩 in life! They are there for me during my ups and my downs. My amazing days and my really shitty days. Thick and then! And I LOVE MY TRIBE! 😍😍😍
And I know you would love them too!
