Когда на улице улице +45 градусов, еда плохо залазит внутрь. И даже если днём был грешок в виде «непонятной пиццы», то потом можно интенсивно плескаться в океане/море и все смоет водой. . 🏝 Налегать на рыбу и морепродукты, в тех местах, где они продаются на каждом углу. Лучше выбирать гриль и отказаться от креветок в кляре. . . 🏝 Вода! Да , да и ещё раз да!! Иногда мы хотим просто пить, а не кушать) . . 🏝 Сдвигайте все, что хотите попробовать на завтрак! И кушайте себе спокойно! В путешествиях мы много гуляем, либо проводим время на море, все сгорит! Главное чтобы это было на завтрак. . . 🏝 Устраивайте 1-2 дня разгруза во время отдыха. . . А вообще, я всегда на завтрак я ем что хочу и сколько хочу, а следующий приём пищи, когда уже организм запросит. #пп_спорт_советы_make

Not your lower back and not your quads. ➡️ Glute activation -before doing the big lifts (squats, deadlifts, even Hipthrust) you should activate the glutes with light (bodyweight, miniband) exercises. This way your glutes will rather do the work during those big lifts rather than your lower back, quads.. ➡️ Progressive overload -you should get better with your training. It can be either higher weight, less rest, more reps, slower reps, more intensity. Just progress over time. ➡️Variation -The Glute Muscle has a lot of different functions, so you have to do a variety of movements to train it in all it’s functions for optimal growth. Also the Glute muscle consists of half slow twitch fibers and half fast twich.
