Exercise is a fantastic thing to do, however, after years of working out I came to realization that emotions are an even more important aspect that is often overlooked. Next time you train the body, pay attention to the type of emotions you are training. Focus on building the emotion of joy, self acceptance, courage and playfulness - just my personal preference, you can focus on any quality or emotion you feel you want to develop the most. It doesn’t make much sense to build huge muscles and totally neglect the emotional side of yourself ☀️ 😜
