During our trip, we also stopped in Safaga, Egypt 🇪🇬. There’s not much to see actually, and this is probably why there are not too many (especially blonde) foreigners walking through this small port town. School was out in that moment, and after two minutes we had a group of kids following us which grew bigger and bigger, together with a not ending stream of questions, all at the same time: “Hello! How are you? Where are you from? Welcome to Egypt! Do you have money? What’s your name? Please, Facebook! Put the pictures on Facebook! Face! Selfie?...”
After a while, it became a bit too much, because the kids started pushing and shoving each other to be the closest to walk next to us or behind us, and we had to stop and scold them when the first stones started to fly. But all in all, very cute and friendly kids 😃 I almost forgot to post them, but here they go, I’m fulfilling their wish to be posted on Facebook/Instagram 😉.
