Club going up on a Tuesday 🙌🏼🤫
Throwback song aside, this romper could take you from day to night on any summer Tuesday. When investing in a new item, price shouldn’t be the only “cost” factor! Think about cost per wear. A $60 item worn once is more costly in the long run than a $100 item worn twice, and still more than a $150 item worn 3 times! And let me be upfront on this—coming from a style therapist’s perspective, you shouldn’t be buying a $60 item to wear once. Think about buying items that you can wear at least 3 ways or on 3 occasions. Anything worn once becomes a novelty item.
But back to this romper…How do you feel about rompers?!
▪️Dress it down with a pair of crisp white sneaks (Adventurous? Add a sheer bed jacket!)
▪️Make it daytime casual with a classic brown slide sandal + a white or blue denim jacket
▪️Get it on the sassy level for your Tuesday bar night by adding a tan platform heel or wedge, and amp up the jewels!
▪️Wear it into fall with a brown jacket and a leather bootie
Another note…things aren’t always perfect off the rack. You can easily remove the tassels for a less boho, more streamlined look! Or, just remove them from the top OR bottom to balance out your body type!
How are you feeling with your wardrobe options right now? What do you wish you could add to your closet?
Also, received a handful of dms asking about the @whole30
experience…I’ll answer the most common question on tomorrow’s post!
