The Secret Life of the Shamans in Dzongu:
I arrived one late evening in Dzongu at my homestay expecting it to be very cold. My host casually informed that usually at that time of the year it is cold because of the rains, but the Shaman had requested the Rain spirits to hold on until after a wedding in the village. And this answer did not raise my eyebrows either. I was here to meet the Shamans, the bearers of the Nature worship rituals of the Lepchas. From the open window of an Indian train. A shot from a few years back, riding the rails through the southern States. ☺️💫

I’ve been looking at this photo I took in Norway last year, playing with how to re-imagine it on paper.... ✨
This time last year I was in London. ✈️
Spending time with family, soaking up the sights and sounds of the city that inspired this artwork 💝
Yesterday at the Loup of Fintry. Please address all comments to the hypothermia ward, Kirkintilloch hospital! I may be gone for some time.....

What reminds you the most of Christmas? For me it's the smell of mandarins.
All the colours of a South Indian sunrise.
I love this spot.

Painting in Canggu has me smiling from ear to ear 😊 It was kind of scary showing up at a wall with no plan, but the departure from my usual meticulous mural process reminded me how much fun it is play around and go with the creative flow. #365daysofsmile
I love when people show up to Art Markets all themed up! It really makes my day 😊
Hi there folks! So I've decided to be a good little millennial (or Generation Y-er as the kids are calling it these days) and be more proactive on instagram, since I am unemployed, *ahem* FREELANCE now, and on a little journey of self-discovery around Latin America... which turns out is pretty bloody fun!! I left my job as as an in-house print designer at a British fashion label in September this year to go on an adventure, and to cut a long story short, I'm living in Mexico for a few months. After two months of partying and hostel-ing and doing/seeing some incredible things, I'm staying put for a while so I can get the most of of being in this unbelieeeevably inspiring country, where everyone's an artist (I'm not joking, nobody thinks twice about picking up a paintbrush to paint their house/bus/shop/food cart) to live simply, get inspired again y hablar español como una señorita!! This is my house and work station for the next few months... 😱😍🙌😆
Simple travelling studio set up 😊🇦🇺😊
I'm creating each of these #sketches
in 30 mins or less. It's excellent training for the eye-hand-art coordination. For those of you who have watched my sketches for the last year, hopefully you can see my progress and skills improve as I do these everyday. No matter what you want to achieve in your life, start today and do a bit everyday to reach your goals. You can only get there 1 step at a time. #youcandoit
Thanks for all the encouragement and support! It has been through your feedback that I have pushed my brush and watercolor skills.
