Been doing a lot of strength training lately (hence a bit of additional timber - it's been eat, eat, eat!!) and because i am old, I often forget to take videos or pics. But for a change I remembered. So after a decline warm up set of 50kg for 12, we then lifted 70k, 80kg, 90kg, 100kg, 110kg and finally this at 115kg. I know the reps are a little off but tiredness had started to take its toll!! What my max is on a strong day with the incline of weights is anyone's guess... but it's another PB in a month of them... Now strength is ticked, it's time to cut!!! I was up nice and early this morning so I’m ready to crack on with some revision for the next couple of hours whilst Nathan is at work then this afternoon I think we are going for a walk along the seafront🌊 then heading to the gym to train back🏋🏼♀️ Love a good weekend gym sesh👊🏻 Hope you all have a fabbbb day❤️

5 exercises, 5 reps of each @ 30kg... as many rounds as he could manage in 40 minutes.
Bent over Row
Sam had set himself a target of completing 20 rounds at the start. Which after the first 10 minutes seemed achievable at the rate he was going with his rest periods.
But the pace eased off with fatigue and with 12 minutes left he was floundering on 12 rounds.
But enormous credit to him, he said ‘cut the rest time’ and he smashed out the remaining 8 rounds with time 30 seconds to spare.
Honestly can’t fault his work ethic and commitment today.
Sweating buckets and worn out he then went and did 10 minutes of sprints on the treadmill.
However, I fear that he may regret his determination later on when the aches and pains set in😂

Sumo deadlifts were on today’s agenda for everyone.
Sam smashed them out and then... I very sneakily got him to do a normal deadlift without telling him exactly what weight was on.
He only went and smashed his deadlift PB and lifted 130kg!!!!💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼 unfortunately no pics or vids as didn’t want to give the game away as Sam has had a mental block when attempting it previously.
Amazing progress in his 8 weeks with me👌🏼💪🏼 Ellie and Jess are regular bootcamp clients and wanted to try PT.
So they had a session focused on core, glutes and legs.
There was a few swear words and I think the phrase ‘jelly legs’ used a couple of times but nothing quite on the level of @ladysbright
Overall, a fantastic effort put in by all 3 this morning.

Naz has shown great progression and her confidence has grown massively in the gym. She’s now mixing it up with free weights now and enjoying the challenge of it.
Sam has a circuit session which left him literally dripping with sweat.
40 minutes to do as many rounds as possible of;
Read felt fly
6 reps of each (6 on each leg for lunges). He smashed out 12 rounds💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼 Again, awesome work from them both.
