I did not watch a soccer game for 20 years now until 2 weeks ago I first heard the name of #mohamedsalah . When I read his quote about fasting in Ramadan even on the most important day of his career yesterday - exactly because this is the most important day of his career & because he thanks God for his success - I decided to watch this game. And for me it was game over when Salah was injured. Until I heard of all the other Muslim players on both sides like Benzema, Can, Zidane (trainer) or Mane. I was surprised and a little confused and thought msA so many Muslims in the game.
And there was sadiomaneofficiel: Mane was the one who shot the only goal for Liverpool yesterday & made a sujud to thank Allah.
In times of growing anti-Muslim hatred, of Muslims beeing hated and harassed just because they are - we need visible strong Muslim heros who are not afraid to live their Muslim faith.
In great moments of joy some dance, some make a cross, some cry or laugh - and some bow their head to thank their creator.
The sujud is such a powerful and moving gesture: it is the most humble action a human being can do in a moment of great success. Thank you #sadiomane God bless you! #uclfinal#championsleague
