6 years ago someone invited me to a group very similar to this one, and it was exactly what I needed to learn how to eat healthier and change my lifestyle. currently on a high protein diet as protein is essential when it comes to wanting building muscle!
my main source of protein comes from food such as chicken, eggs, nuts etc etc however I do like to drink a protein shake on days I feel like I could do with a higher intake.

3. Curtesy Lunges (cable) 4x12
4. Cable Pull Through 4x12
5. Glute Kickbacks 4x12
Now for the legs!! 1. Wife stance squats with 3 sec negative (Smith Machine) 4x12
2. Kneeling stance squats with 3 sec negative (Smith Machine) 4x12
3. Banded hip thrusts 3x15
4. Staggered stance elevated stiff leg Deadlift 3x12
5. Wise stance banded stiff leg Deadlift 3x12
6. Narrow stance leg Press SS wide stance leg Press with band (8 of each = 1 set) x4
