Don't feel guilty if you don't know what you want to do with your life, the most interesting people I know didn't know at 22 what they wanted to do with their lives.
Some of the most interesting 40 year olds I know still don't. Get plenty of calcium.
Be kind to your knees, you'll miss them when they're gone. Maybe you'll marry, maybe you won't. Maybe you'll have children, maybe you won't. Maybe you'll divorce at 40, maybe you'll dance the funky chicken on your 75th wedding anniversary.
What ever you do, don't congratulate yourself too much or berate yourself either.
Your choices are half chance, so are everybody else's. Enjoy your body.
Use it every way you can. Don't be afraid of it, or what other people think of it.
It’s the greatest instrument you'll ever own.
Dance. Even if you have nowhere to do it but in your own living room. Read the directions, even if you don't follow them.
Do NOT read beauty magazines, they will only make you feel ugly. Get to know your parents, you never know when they'll be gone for good. Be nice to your siblings
they are the best link to your past and the people most likely to stick with you in the future. Understand that friends come and go, but for the precious few you should hold on. Work hard to bridge the gaps in geography and lifestyle because the older you get the more you need the people you knew when you were young. -Wear Sunscreen-

Monkey Temple 🇳🇵// This little buddy is inhabitant of the Swayambhunath. Often called "Monkey Temple" because it's the secret buddhist home of these spiritual monkeys. This one sure knows how to enjoy the golden hour, just like I do 😇. #nepal#throwback
Ice ice baby! ❄️ It’s been almost a year since one of my most exotic, cold and chaotic trips so far with a guy called @pruegl. Ice cold weather that made the tip of my index finger feel numb for months , the taste of incredibly strong instant coffee that made my heart race as well as the howling of wolves which interfered the total silence of the Siberian taiga are just a few sensory impressions from this unreal part of Asia 🌲

Chasing swell at golden hour. I was surprised at how many surfers were out at sunrise but I can see why when a set like this came through!

So my adventure today consisted of a 2am wakeup, then hiking through intense bushes in the dark, sneaking past security, avoiding cops (yes it’s illegal) and eventually ascending up the most dodgy stairway I’ve ever been on..
There were plenty of times where I wanted to pull out but I stuck through it and now I can finally tick this beauty off my bucket list. By far one of the craziest experiences of my life! would you give this a go? ⛰

Do yourself a favour and go somewhere you’ve never been before. Life’s to short to stay in one place.

People do find joy in simple things. A lesson I should greatly heed for my well-being. Ming Chinese actually built rock formations within the garden. I overheard a guide told some folks that these rockery was piled by famed architects of the Ming court because Shanghai is flat, and the Chinese of the era sees mountains as symbolism for virtue, stability and endurance, key elements of the Confucian philosophy. Yes, they are right. Indeed one should “be like a wise man who built his house on the rock”. #Shanghai#OldShanghai

Moments after receiving a comforting message that a ballistic missile was headed for Hawaii 😅 Though it was a false alarm, it had me thinking about the “what if’s”.. It’s hectic to think that war could break out at anytime, even more of a reason to go out and enjoy the simple things in life. Had things really gone down, I’d probably be happy to go out with a view like this 🤣 hiking these ridges were no joke, have to admit I love a good challenge though 🌴🏔
