Today around 11:00 to 11:30 a.m. My Spouse visit this location at Casselberry Excahge 126 State Road 436 ste.126 Casselberry FL 32707 because he needed help with his new #GALAXYS9
, Upon arrival he was greeted by one of the 2 employees (male) because the other (female) was sitting . He was the only customer there. The employee greeted him and complimented him on his tie but the minute employee was told that help was needed with the phone the employees expiration and attitude changed. My spouse was imidetly told fo contact customer service, "we don't do that here" employee said "call customer service " Employee was informed that customer service had tried to help Us but suggested I visited a T-Mobile store for a more hands on assistance. The employee turned the female and mumbled something to her and she said "we don't do that here" My spouse had to drive out to Altamonte Mall for help. BEEN A T-MOBILE CUSTOMER for 6 yrs now, I almost took my business elsewhere. (Just bought 2 galaxy s9),Felt dicriminated and offended.
