Salt flats for days, lol. Though my head still has a hard time not thinking this is ice/snow. #utah #utahphotographer #wowutah #unrealutah #saltflats #bonnevillesaltflats #exploreutah #experienceutah #naturalutah #clouds #utahgram #ig_utah #utahillustrated
Such a spectacular set of drives in Capital Reef National Park. I think this is still one of the most under rated and undiscovered parts of Utah. In fact a drive through Utah's south-central desert is an experience like no other. It surrounds a long wrinkle in the earth known as the Waterpocket Fold, with layers of golden sandstone, canyons and striking rock formations. #utah #capitalreefnationalpark #capitalreef #visitusa #visitutah #unrealutah #roadtrip #roam #vsco #vscocam #BBCTravel #justgoshoot #TheGlobeWanderer #passionpassport #theculturetrip #worlderlust #AdventureCulture #lessismoreoutdoors #departedoutdoors #worldcaptures #TravelAwesome #followmefaraway #travellingthroughtheworld #drone #droneshot #nationalpark #exploretocreate #travelandlife

Bryce Canyon, Utah. This banzai looking Ponderosa greeted us at the end of our longest and possibly most beautiful hike of the week. ๐Ÿ˜ #brycecanyon #utah #offtrailhiking #wrongturn #unrealutah #exploreutah

We have a new addition to our Neighborhood. Love this time of year.
Utah or New Zealand?? These views were unreal!! ๐Ÿ’™๐Ÿ’š๐Ÿ’™ Behind the Scenes:: I took this picture while sitting on the side of the trail, taking deep breathes, trying desperately to calm myself down when I was only 50 feet from the summit. It wasn't the height that freaked me out, just my brain. As much as nature is my therapy, it can also be a trigger for anxiety and panic. Being in solitude is incredibly tranquil but also terrifying if things go wrong. My brain will go through a laundry lists of "what if's?" and my body will begin to turn on itself by cramping, headaches, and an inability to take in food or water. Which generally just makes the whole situation worse. Sometimes I can just keep moving and that's enough to keep it all at bay but other times you'll find me limp noodle on the side of a trail. Comment below or send me a DM if you struggle with the same thing.
Another look at at one of my favorite Utah Canyons. Take a hike...

Not a bad spot to just hangout and relax a bit
Never tire of before work hikes to catch the sunrise
Not a bad view while drinking coffee this morning.
