Happy birthday to my most beautiful woman in the entire universe 😊❤️
Hands down, the best hike the world. Obviously based on my super non-scientific objective findings.
Snowboarding feels like home.
Bombing down the face, navigating trees, and surfing powder all make me so happy. As long is the board is on my feet, I'm a happy camper.
The scenery is always so beautiful too ❤️

just one of the million reasons why my trip in Utah got extended...
No words for how happy I was to be back on a trail today. Still no running, but I was ok with taking my time in this scenery.
the best way to end a day like yesterday...
Found a few spots where fall colors are still glowing. Feeling very grateful indeed.
Brian lived in southern utah for 13 years and I always love hearing all his fond memories! Like tons of hiking with his family, atv'ing with friends, and floating on the virgin river - always being outside 😄 His mom was a hiking guide for years here too! She knows majority of the hikes out here inside and out; was so fun seeing her in her element (she loooves the desert!) She is honestly the coolest mom I know, I love her 💕
Despite all I have seen and experienced, I still get the same simple thrill out of glimpsing a tiny patch of snow in a high mountain gully and feel the same urge to climb towards it.

Wish I was able to make it up to the mountains a little more this past month. Fall colors in #utah #logancanyon
This is my kind of fall. Color in the valley, snow on the peaks.
