Workout and shower during nap, dinner in the crock-pot (thank you @supperclub76 !) and I unloaded the dishwasher.. so.. I’m pretty much winning today lol

Day 2 in the books...I absolutely love Upper Fix. I was certainly feeling the burn in my shoulders so I downed some Performance Recovery am to ease what I know will be some sore muscles...Stayed my on my nutritional track today, and focusing on my water intake...
