Came home from after school pick up ready to prep dinner. Did all the work to cut into my spaghetti squash just to find it rotten on the inside. So frustrating. Decided to take that frustration out on my arms. #upperfix

So since I had the day off and had a little extra time on my hands I decided to do a double workout.
I remember when I first did this program and when I doubled up on these two workouts specifically, I was dying by the end. It was the biggest struggle in the world to get through the last 30 minutes.
Today, while it was a struggle, it was a different kind. Instead of thinking "omg why am I doing this to myself?" Today I was thinking "omg let's see if I can push harder!" I didn't have to double up today but I wanted to challenge myself to see how today would be different than the last time. I will most definitely have to stretch and foam roll before bed to be able to work tomorrow but I so greatful that I can do a double workout and not be afraid of it.

I'm totally obsessed with results, even though they are small right now, it's visible progress and this is what motivates me! I'm also feeling a crazy overflow of energy surging through my body daily! Today was upper body, and it’s way later than usual. I normally work out around 6.30am (yay for me time!), but it is mid afternoon and I’m only praying that my kid is actually taking her nap rather than trying to escape. Day two! Upper fix done! You guys I have a confession- I hate my arms. I do truly and always have.
