After this week I have once again new perspective on what it means to be a yoga teacher.
What honour and at the same time responsibility it is. How important is to focus my own practice on all the limbs of Ashtanga yoga, to be able to teach more than asana. How important is self study, studiing scriptures, sacret texts...and I’m happy that I still feel that this IS my path...my svadharma. I feel that I’ m willing to know more, to study more, to practice more (in a non-psysical way), to be the one, who is not diming the light of yoga in this era, but the one who makes it shine brighter.🙏🏻✨⚡️ #OneMillionYogisChallenge

There’s something about back bending in the sun. Opening the front of the body is always easier for me when it’s warm ☀️
Friday fun with #wheelpose
Adjusting my hand positioning, pushing up my shoulders and through my legs. With right alignment there’s no lower back pain 😝🏋🏻♀️🙌
Last bridge variation from Bali: taking the head under the bridge. I love this sequence from a great series of Feldenkrais Awareness Through Movement lessons as a way to prepare for full wheel. It teaches a lot about how to root your feet and hands into the floor for wheel.
