We ended Saturday at the Coral Pink Sand Dunes, which were more of a neon terra-cotta after the rain. And just to be clear, #nofilter

People tell us they love us all the time. It’s little phrases like, “hurry back”, “drive safe”, “watch out you might trip”, “I got you something”, or “I’ll take care of it.” There are hundreds of ways to word it, you just have to listen.
I took this on two hours of sleep.
Um, ok. Can @maleebie
get any cuter? She’s rocking our Black Licorice Bottom! 🖤❤️
What makes you truly happy? One of my favorite classes in college was on the psychological side of happiness. Everyone has a baseline happiness. The material items that we buy may raise our happiness for a short period of time but it will return to the baseline. How high your baseline happiness is up to you and what you do in your life to raise it. Incorporating small things each day that you truly love will raise your baseline happiness. Even on your hardest days you will have a strong foundation to lean on. Like the tattoo on my arm... “how we spend our days is how we spend our lives”. We are so lucky that we get to choose exactly how happy we are; to the actions we make and the positive thoughts we have. Make it a great day and do something you love!
What an amazing week! Still reflecting on all that took place at #teamchurchconf
this year. I want to thank @kevingerald
for your bold leadership, authentic hearts and welcoming spirit! There are not two finer leaders to be learning from. Your influence and leadership has added so much to our world, church and team... thank you! We left better, lifted, encouraged and ready to continue to move life and church forward.
MIRACLES DO HAPPEN!
I only hit the snooze button for 20 minutes this morning and I finally made it to the gym before a 10a-11p work day. Today will be a good day👌🏼
I’ve always loved surprises as a kid. They gave me a sense of oneness; synchronicity with the universe.
Fortunes are my biggest reminder that I am just a little speck in this huge universe. Still being held as though I am it’s creator. They have become my own little slice of heaven.
I have a glass bubble full of them, collected over the past 6 years or so.
One day while I was unpacking they just kind of ended up right under my bed. Each and every one manifesting it’s truth into my life while I dream.
Funny how things like that just kind of happen as they were always meant to. I couldn’t ask for anything more.
There is a bigger picture. You are a part of something grand. Your contribution counts. Learn to trust it. Learn to value yourself. You are worth every bit of stardust you are made out of. Divinity is within you and everything else that exists and our potential is infinite. And oh my that makes my heart so happy 💗

Growing up I was forced to choose between two powerfully conflicting forces. On one hand, I had my schools, local law authorizes and even the First Lady convincing me to “Just Say No”. On the other hand, I had a killer shoe brand collecting all my sports idols to tell me to “Just Do It”. It’s amazing that I made it out of the 80’s.
