Person B, on the other hand, wanted a less hassle trip; she pays $1,000 for all of her expenses. She has a direct flight and a lodging right in the city. She’ll be able to spend 3 nights and 4 days in New York, more time as compared to Person A because of her shorter travel period. Person A has a lot more things to worry about as compared to Person B. A lot could go wrong, from her flight to her travel to the city from her hotel, and the time she’ll be spending on her travel time could’ve been allotted to exploring New York and enjoying herself.
Meanwhile, Person B doesn't need to worry about catching the train and transferring flights. All she has to do is sit back, relax, and enjoy. Now, you might be confused as to why I’m talking about travelling even though I’m managing a fitness page. But here’s the connection: Person A might experience more fuss than fun, and the time she’s allotting to get to her destination is significantly longer. Person B, however, gets to enjoy the ride and she’ll be able to get to her destination much faster.
This situation can be applied to your fitness journey. Opting for training yourself and deciding your own diets, can provide you more fuss than fun. The process will be longer, since you have to study and learn all about exercises and diets before you can apply it to yourself.
