Tomato-Cream Cheeze Rigatoni by @vegaliciously 🧡 . INGREDIENTS: • 1 can pelati • 2 tbsp olive oil • 1 purple onion • 1 garlic clove • 1/2 cup hot water • 1/2 tsp coconut sugar • 2 tbsp almond cream cheeze • salt & pepper • a handful of fresh basil METHOD: 1. mince the onion and garlic. 2. heat the oil add the onion and garlic. Cook until golden. 3. stir in the pelati, the water and the sugar and cook at low temperature for 20 minutes. 4. add the cream cheeze, adjust salt and pepper and top with basil leaves. 5. serve with your favorite pasta! My midday snack - Healthy Moong sprouts chaat 🥒🍅🌿🍠 Assembled this healthy and delicious chaat by combining moong sprouts, onion, tomatoes, coriander leaves, boiled potatoes and few crushed papris. Dinner time! This isn’t a recipe I followed I just threw together some extra things in my fridge. We have: red quinoa, black beans, grilled onions, asparagus, and I topped it off with alfalfa sprouts. Sooo 😋 everyone needs to try red quinoa!
Spicing things up a little with Buffalo Cauliflower Bites!! 350 for 35 minutes made them the perfect amount of crispy! Cauliflower aids in balancing hormones witch can improve your focus!
Kale chips! Only 4 ingredients: kale, olive oil, salt and pepper on 350 degrees for 15 minuets. They taste so good, just like chips! @lexilucido @shayla_lewkowiez @alexadgroat couldn’t stop eating! Happy Tuesday 😍
