Finally feeling a sense of freedom from all of these crazy food allergies ✨✨✨but now it’s my mission to share what I do best...and that’s finding healthy outlets for people especially people with food-allergies. Not everyone believes in plant-based lifestyles or a vegan diet and that’s okay, there’s no judgment here. I have several people in my life who are not plant-based so I totally get it! Here’s the thing though...when I went plant-based, it changed my life and that’s why I’m so passionate about it. If you’ve ever dealt with food allergies of any kind then you know it can feel so isolating, like you can’t eat out or go anywhere because you are afraid of what might happen if you do. I get it, I’ve been there. Once I started to discover healthy outlets/restaurants/ markets/ shops places all over the world that felt the same way I did, I wanted to shout it from the rooftops. It is important that people know, feeling sick all of the time doesn’t have to be a forever thing!! It’s also important to know that you are not alone and there are places you can go that take soooo much pride in what they do and how they prepare their food. That’s where I come in :) I’m so excited and grateful to be here sharing what I love! After all, “Let food be thy medicine and medicine be thy food” 💚💚💚✨✨✨💚💚💚 tag all of your plant-based warriors!! So today me and @hetface
took the trip up to Sheffield for Veg Out at the Peddler, and OH.MY.GOD, I'm so so so so glad we did.
The event itself was amazing, loads of vegan and veggie food stalls, some ace independent craft sellers, music, dancing, great atmosphere, some fab sounding alcoholic beverages (damn having to drive), and also a vegan beer festival just down the road.
I would recommend everyone attending Veg Out. We will certainly be making the trip whenever they put them on.
There was so much amazing food - more pics to come. But I started with this INCREDIBLE WFC sandwich from @wandererjunk.
Seitan Chicken fillet, pickles, lettuce, wanderer sauce all put together into one fantastic sandwich.
It was HUGE as well. Literally massive (swipe across for a comparison to Hettys head). This was probably the best Chicken seitan sandwich I've ever had, honestly. If we can make things this realistic, this tasty, this delicious using just plants, why the heck are we still killing animals?
Everyone needs to get a Wanderer creation in their face.

⭐️Green Vibes ⭐️
1 cup of Cabbage
1 cup of Bok Choy
1/3 cup of Kale
1 cup of Spinach
1 oz of Almonds
1 oz of Walnuts
1 oz onion
3 cloves of Garlic
1 tsp Seasoning Salt
1 tsp of Turmeric
1 tsp of Black Pepper
1 Eureka Lemon
1️⃣ First and foremost, bring out a large pan add a pinch of sesame oil & add five drops of water then add onions, garlic with seasoning salt; cook for 1 min. Next add, almonds and walnuts and roast them for 2 mins.
2️⃣Now, add bok choy, cabbage, golden squash, kale & cook for 2 mins. Lastly, add spinach and turn off stove.Add all spices, turmeric, black pepper, etc, and allow to sit in together for 5 mins with a lid. Serve & squeeze Eureka Lemon at the end. Voilà, enjoy your greens. 😘📝🌱

was perfect 👌🏼 had a massive mushroom and tofu burger which had loads of salad, gherkins (fave), pesto, really nice sauce, served with massive sweet potato wedges that were cooked to absolute perfection. Got an oatly flat white as always. Wish this place was in Leeds 🌿🌿

These homemade bars were OAT-rageously good! 👅 Made from oat milk pulp, raisins, cacao nibs, chia seeds, & with a drizzle of Choc Shot on top 👌🏻
Baked oats for breakfast!!
This deliciousness is high in protein and high in fibre, leaving you full for hours!! The deets:
-1 C oats
-1 Scoop Protein Powder
-125 ml Almond Milk -1 Egg white (sub for flax if vegan)
-1 apple chopped in little squares
-Cinnamon to taste
Mix all ingredients and bake at 250° C for 15-20 minutes
I topped mine with Peanut Butter, @danonelight_cl
yogurt + caramel coffe, and 3 chocolate squares 😋😋
