✔Generally, the recommendation for your daily water intake is about 0.7-1 litres of water per 20 kilograms of bodyweight.
✔Some other tips that are not linked to nutrition are WASHING YOUR FACE 2x times per day or using some moisturizer...
✔Finally, a really important component to healthy and pimple free skin is ZINC especially zinc supplementation in it's most available form zinc-bis-glycine (best bioavailability in combination with piperine (black pepper))

🙌Real Talk: I am a recovering perfectionist. I always felt I could do better. Get better grades, do better at work, be a better friend, give better advice, just do better. I was so scared of not doing things “right” that by the end of the day, I never even tried. Today I’m also posting a picture that a past Nadia would have thought was definitely not post-worthy because of the quality and color. steak and I was shocked how meaty it was! Had a great flavour without making me think about anything dead 🤯 cooked it on the grill for bit longer than what it said but was still a bit luke warm for me so I think next time I'll cook it in the oven for a bit and then grill to get that grill texture 😋 deffo buy again!
Oh and my chips 😍 they were amazing! I par boiled some chunky cut chips for about 5 mins (boiling) then let them cool slight in the colander and added some oil spray to coat them then sifted about 10g flour over to coat and then some nooch and mixed it all up and threw them in air fryer for 25 minutes!! Banging dinner in this thunderstorm ⚡⛈🌩
How to mix pleasure and healthy? 🌱
Parfois, cela semble difficile. Pourtant, les choses les plus simples sont parfois les meilleures! Par exemple, comme je le propose ici, des fraises de saisons, du chocolat blanc (même si le noir, c’est mieux 😇) et des zestes de citrons et d’oranges pour donner un peu d’acidité est un snack ou un dessert DE RÊVE. Il est parfois difficile de trouver du chocolat vegan blanc, mais cela existe! Il faut dénicher un peu dans les magasins bio. Je vous fais des bisous 💕

Looks like Willy Wonka made the donuts today - blue raspberry, cherry, blackberry, & lemon! Plenty of cinnamon rolls & sausage cheddar or jalapeño sausage cheddar kolaches with SoDelicious dairy free cheese, plus a couple loaded pepperoni pizza ones, and a couple discount kolaches and donuts from yesterday. So the test batch of cannoli came out delicious but I am not satisfied with the firmness of the cream filling...so they’re on sale 2/$5 today & I will continue to work on it! Also, thank you for your patience ~ I hate trying to make things & not being able to follow through - like today I wanted to make a bunch of gluten free goodies, but sadly did not get around to it. I’ve been quite exhausted lately on top of being pretty booked for orders so it can be a challenge! I really appreciate you all!!
