. . . Vegan french toast🥞: . . Ingredients🌱: * 4 slices bread of your choice (I used a vegan spelt sourdough) * 1 cup soy milk (or other non-dairy milk) * 1 Tbsp maple syrup * 2 Tbsp flour * 1 Tbsp nutritional yeast * 1 tsp cinnamon * 1/2 tsp vanilla essence * pinch of nutmeg * pinch of salt * fresh fruit and extra maple syrup to serve . .🍓🥝🍌 . Method: 1. In a jug whisk together the milk, maple syrup, flour, cinnamon, vanilla, nutmeg and salt. 2. In a large flat dish with edges place two pieces of the bread. Pour over half the mixture onto the bread. Flip it over and make sure it is well soaked, you can even leave it to sit for a few mins. Repeat with the other pieces of bread. 3. Heat some coconut oil or oil of choice in a non-stick frying pan. Place the bread in the pan and cook a few mins on each side until golden. 4. Serve with fresh fruit, maple syrup and anything else you desire. Enjoy!😋😋

Chunky Banana bread with cinnamon and peanut butter 🔥 Honestly this looks weird in every angle I try to post it, but so many of you were dying for me to add the recipe🤣 I don’t have exact measurements as I just winged it, all you need is to mix until the batter is a thick sticky paste. 1 ripe banana Oat flour (just take dry oats and blend them until it’s a powder) Splash of any non-dairy milk Hint of cinnamon Pop it in the microwave for 5 minutes, stopping every minute and a half to check it. Top with lotsa cacao nibs, chia seeds & fresh fruit. Acai and Cacao are antioxidant rich and I find them so great at supporting my energy levels and cognition throughout the day.
