I baked a cake today. Actually, it was 3 cakes. One of them ended up in the trash and was a lesson in cake decor. The other two found homes. One with a birthday friend, the other with a pal recovering from surgery. Both of them dairy free. •

VEGAN MUG CAKE RECIPE🙌*make sure to SWIPE➡️to see how good!!) healthy enough to be breakfast, delicious enough to be dessert... I'd almost consider it better than a regular bowl of oats!😱even though it's the same ingredients in a different form, it's so yummy (also, this is the same thing in my story but that one was made with a super ripe mango instead of raspberries and was just as good!)💫THE RECIPE👩🍳1/2 cup oats, 1/2 a banana, slightly under 1/2 cup plant milk, 1 tsp maca (optional), 1/2 tsp cinnamon, 1/4 tsp baking powder, and 1/4 cup raspberries or any fruit (fresh or frozen!)🥜🍓just blend everything except the raspberries/other fruit together, then mix in the raspberries/fruit, pour into a bowl and microwave in 30 second increments (it took mine 2 total minutes) and boom the best breakfast!! The key is to put nut butter on top and let it melt in🔑🤤also note that if you use frozen (I did that here, but with the mango didn't and it's not as mushy if not frozen) fruit it'll probably stay slighty uncooked in the surrounding areas, but I find this still delicious!!😍✨
