Oven roasted cauliflower buffalo steaks 😋 super easy super delicious!
•Cut cauliflower about 1-2 inches in thickness (or else they will fall apart)
•Season both sides with tumric, garlic salt, black pepper
•brush buffalo sauce on both sides
•bake in over at 450 degrees for 10 minutes, then flip and bake another 10 minutes .
DO NOT use parchment paper for this lol spray some non stick oil spray on your tray 👍🏼 That’s ittttttt so easy!! You can add more buffalo sauce, change the seasoning, use bbq sauce in stead!! So many options, that’s why I love cooking 😋 let me know if you try it 💕💕

Easy taco recipe:
1 sweet potato (chopped) coated with avocado oil, 1/4 tsp oregano, 1/4 tsp garlic powder, 1/4 tsp chili flakes, salt, and pepper. Cook at 425F for 20-30 min (until fully cooked).
In a pan, 1/4 onion, 1/3 cup zucchini/squash, 1/4 cup corn, 1/4 cup fire roasted tomatoes, 1 handful spinach, 1 handful kale, 1/2 lime, 1/4 tsp garlic powder, 1/4 tsp coriander, 1/4 tsp chili powder, 1/4 tsp oregano, salt, and pepper.
Mix the vegetables with 1/4 cup refried beans.
Serve with two corn tortillas. •

The biggest piece of advice I can give anyone who wants to transition to a vegan lifestyle, or simply wants to cook more at home, is to prep. Prep prep prep. When you have free time, prep some food. Especially if you work weird hours like I do. 😟
Tonight I had about an hour between the time we got home from the grocery store and before I had to leave to teach yoga. Instead of sitting my ass down and watching another episode of House, I decided to pre-make my mac ’n cheese sauce for dinner. This way I could have my boyfriend make the pasta and by the time I got home all we’d need to do is sautée the broccoli🥦 and bing-bang-boom it’d be done. This made it so I wouldn’t get home at 8:30pm starving, hangry and probably woofing down junk food while cooking🍭
Whether you’re making peanut butter & jelly sandwiches and chucking them in the freezer or preparing the week’s worth of sauces and salad dressings, you’ll be so much more successful (and less stressed and hungry!) when you have food prepared in advanced. ✌🏼
Kale + Quinoa Salad ✨
When I was coming up with recipe ideas for my blog I really wasn’t sure what I wanted my first few recipes to be. I kept trying to come up with all of these complex recipes that I hadn’t at all mastered yet. I put this pressure on myself to come up with something that would be really impressive and complex. That pressure was stressing me out so much I decided I needed to switch gears and focus on more simple recipes first, then grow from there!
I decided to focus on featuring foods that I love, eat regularly, and are super delicious. And let me tellllll you, this Kale & Quinoa Salad is just that!!! I probably make this salad once a week (sometimes more). I’m obsessed with how well all of the flavors, spices, and vegetables compliment each other. It’s healthy, super filling, and just down right good.

Quien dijo que para ser vegano hay que renunciar a ciertos platos? Es sólo cuestión de investigar, probar cosas nuevas e ingeniárselas.
La primera vez que hice este plato, en mi casa no podían entender como era posible hacer una tortilla sin huevos jaja
-Harina de garbanzos (se puede suplantar por mezcla para faina)
- Sal y condimentos a gusto -Aceite
👉 Lavar bien y cortar las papas (yo esta vez use 5 y las corte chiquitas directamente con cascara)
👉llevar las papas al horno hasta que estén blanditas.
👉 Por otro lado mezclar en un recipiente harina de garbanzo, agua y un chorrito de vinagre hasta tener una consistencia similar a la del huevo (la cantidad que uses va a depender de la cantidad de papas, necesitamos la cantidad suficiente para que luego todas las papas queden cubiertas por una capa de la mezcla) 👉Agregar a la mezcla anterior las papas ya cocidas, cebolla salteada, arbejas y condimentar a gusto (si tenés sal negra espectacular, le da un sabor y olor MUY similar al del huevo)
👉Por último llevar a una sartén bien caliente con un chorrito de aceite, esperar hasta que esté firme (mientas con una espátula corroboramos que no se pegue en los bordes) luego voltear, cocinar para de minutos más y listo 🤗
En este caso la acompañamos con una ensalada de tomate, zanahoria, cebolla y remolacha
