Pear 🍐 & Banana 🍌 boats 🛶 😃 . Made chocolate spread 🍫 out of 3/4 avocado 🥑 + 2 tbsp cocoa powder + 2 tbsp #sugarfree chocolate syrup + vanilla + a pinch of salt . Topped with grapes 🍇 + hemp seeds + sprouted flax seeds + chia seeds + millet pops + sesam seeds + strawberry powder 🍓 . So delicious 😋

If you are out of shape and unhealthy or have serious health conditions/diseases YOUR decisions played a role in getting you there. If you’re struggling financially or hate your job YOUR decisions got you there. It’s time to start taking responsibility for your decisions. Each one leads to a result good or bad. Cause it’s Wednesday right 😉🍑. . Some things I’m super organized with, others I’m not. . Like I have already planned out my return to diet and exercise plan once Pokey is here. . I’ve broken it down into 12 week strategies/goals so it’s easier to manage. . First 12 weeks - bonding with Pokey. Just eating healthy whole food #plantbased , listening to my body and starting out with some light exercise once I’m given the all clear from my doc (walking/yoga/body weight). Following the meal plan & home program from my #28dayveganshred (link in bio). . Second 12 weeks - cut diet & exercise strategy. Return to gym and focusing on cutting body fat. . Third 12 weeks - muscle building strategy, once I can see my definition a bit better I will know what I need to work on and rebuild. Focusing on Whole Foods in a calorie surplus. . Fourth 12 weeks - gentle cut again. . That’s 48 weeks or nearly a whole year I am giving myself to get my new post pregnancy body. Most people want it now and they put way too much pressure on themselves. I plan on being strategic with my goals to allow me to balance motherhood and my health and fitness. I know I won’t be perfect, but having a plan and following it 80% will give me better results than no plan at all ✨🙌🏾

Ingredients: 2 portobello mushrooms 6 cloves garlic 1/3 cup olive oil, divided 3 tomatoes, chopped 1/2 cup basil, chopped salt, pepper to taste .......... Instructions: Mix 2 cloves of garlic (pressed), with 2 Tbs of olive oil in small bowl. Use this as a marinade for the portobello mushrooms and coat them using a pastry brush. Season with salt and pepper, then heat a large grilling pan and cook them for 6 minutes, so each side for 3 minutes. While the portobellos cooking, mix the chopped tomatoes, remaining olive oil, garlic, basil in small bowl. Divide the portobello mushrooms on small plates top them with the tomato filling, enjoy. .......... La receta de hoy: se trata de una ensalada con la variedad de tofu "tofu con tomate" de @soria_natural 🥗🥗🥗🥗🥗🥗🥗🥗🥗🥗 Este tofu tiene la particularidad de contener en su composición tomates secos. Así se obtiene una producto más sabroso y con más sabor. No es tan firme como el original ya que la mezcla con el tomate lo vuelve más jugoso y agradable de consumo (no parece una gelatina, para que nos entendamos 😉) 🥗🥗🥗🥗🥗🥗🥗🥗🥗🍜🥗 Esta ensalada es muy simple. Lleva tomate, hojas de espinaca, pepino y pimienta yo rojo. Morning Everyone. Happy Wednesday. How many workouts have you completed so far this week? Remember 3 is the minimum goal weekly-Prioritise. Today DSGym is open 7am to 9pm. There are MSS classes at 9am, 12pm, 4pm and 6pm. Also at 5.30pm there’s Kids Kenpo Karate for 4-7 years and at 6.30pm for 8+. NOTE : the next DSGym Beach Bootcamp Experience will Be Sunday 14th October - limited places as always and few gone already. Contact us if you want to book a place. Spesso mi chiedete di pesi e quantità. Io non peso mai gli alimenti!  Per le mie porzioni uso questo mestolino qui! 3/4 mestolini di cereali, 1/2 mestolini di legumi, verdure a piacere. Per fare le porzioni però ognuno deve tener conto delle proprie caratteristiche: le mie quantità non vanno bene per tutti naturalmente. L'importante è rispettare le proporzioni degli alimenti nel piatto: 50/60% di cereali, 25/30% di verdure, 5/10% di legumi. Regolatevi secondo il vostro senso di sazietà e secondo le vostre esigenze (se avete in programma un allenamento intenso o una gara ad esempio o se avete qualche problema di salute) e non secondo la gola o qualche schema mentale legato a pesi, calorie o macros. Ascoltate la risposta del vostro corpo e non potrete sbagliare. Perchè ricordate: la mente inganna ma il corpo non mente! #runveg #vegan #running
Penultimo post della serie "una cena vegana e salutare fai da te", SECONDA PORTATA: "SPEZZATINO DI SOIA CON PISELLI" 🍛 1. Preparo un leggero soffritto di cipolla 2. Cuocio i piselli per circa 10 minuti da soli in padella (e se necessario aggiungo mezzo bicchiere d'acqua) 3. Reidrato 30 g a testa di bocconcini di soia bio @fiordiloto1972 (che amo e cucino in questo modo spesso) in circa una tazza di acqua per 2.5' al microonde 4. Verso lo spezzatino reidratato in padella e aggiungo insieme salsa e spezie a piacere (nel mio caso un po' del mix napolitana di tiger). 5. Lascio cuocere per circa 15/20 minuti. Semplicissimo ma davvero ottimo! 👌🏼 Questo prodotto è alquanto versatile, ve lo consiglio caldamente! ❣️
Ultimo giorno di mare e la tristezza mi pervade il cuore 😭 Per quanto ami l'idea di tornare alla mia routine (e soprattutto al MIO cibo) e dalla mia coniglietta mi dispiace un sacco lasciare questo angolo di felicità 🏝️ Stare con la mia famiglia è per me un piacere enorme, colgo sempre l'occasione per rinnovare inviti a cena e riunioni in compagnia 👨‍👩‍👧‍👧 Il mare in questi giorni è meraviglioso: calmo, limpido e pulitissimo! 🌊 E indovinate un po'? Ho superato la mia paura e ho nuotato fino a largo senza ripensamenti! 🏊 Ieri sono andata a fare una corsa sul lungomare Europa che collega Varazze a Cogoleto e non credo di aver mai visto paesaggio più bello qua nei dintorni! 🌈 A sinistra montagne, rocce, fiori, rovi e piante rampicanti ⛰️, a destra mare, scogli, barche e gabbiani 🐚. Il paradiso 🌈. Lasciatemi qui.
Continua la serie "una cena vegana e salutare fai da te": "AZAGNE" DI FARRO AL RAGÙ DI SOIA 🍝 Queste meravigliose (umile domani) ma tanto semplici lasagne di pane azzimo al farro sono state il pezzo forte della serata! Papà ed Eugen le hanno adorate ✨ Vi lascio la preparazione, se può interessare a qualcuno (non vi darò indicazioni precise sulle grammature perché non ho praticamente pesato nulla): - Per il RAGÙ: 1. Sporcate la padella con dell'olio extravergine d'oliva e fate cucinare un buon soffrittino di cipolla. 2. Reidratate circa una tazza di fiocchi di soia econature mettendoli per 2' nel microonde. 3. Una volta reidratati versateli in padella, aggiungete della salsa di pomodoro, le spezie che più preferite (io ho usato due pizzichi di sale, timo, pepe e un po' di aglio in polvere) e 2 cucchiai di lievito alimentare. 4. Fate andare il tutto per circa 15'. - Per L'ASSEMBLAGGIO: 1. Bagnate in acqua calda il pane azzimo e stendetelo a formare uno strato in una pirofila. 2. Alternate con uno strato bello abbondante di ragù e procedete così fino ad esaurimento. 3. Terminando con uno strato di ragù aggiungete sopra un velo di lievito alimentare per insaporire ulteriormente. - Cuocete 🔥 per circa mezz'ora a 180° dopo la quale dovreste iniziare a intravedere una crosticina più scura sulla superficie.
U n a  c e n a  v e g a n a  e  s a l u t a r e  f a i  d a  t e 🍴: come ho anticipato nelle stories ho deciso di postare ogni sera, a partire da questa, le portate con le relative ricette della cena che ho preparato per compleanno di mio papà. Spero che possano esservi d'aiuto/di spunto per eventuali cenette future 🙏🏻 • Partiamo dall'ANTIPASTO 🏁 che ho banalmente battezzato "antipasto misto con involtini di mopur". Infatti esso consisteva in: - una ciotolina di olive taggiasche 🍸 - dei cracker alla rapa rossa (comprati al sana) con salsa tahini e semi di papavero 🍞 - involtini di mopur al lupino (@veghiamo ) creati a partire da 2 fette di affettato, una di lattuga, una di pomodoro e mezzo cucchiaino di pesto vegetale @biffigustoofficial 🍡 . Ho preferito puntare sulla semplicità, alla fine è nel mio stile (inoltre ci aspettavano altre 3 portate 😍). Papà ha apprezzato moltissimo gli involtini! Anche domenica è giunta alle porte ed io sono al mare dove rimarrò fino a martedì sera 🌊 Tre giorni per concludere al meglio questa stagione estiva che di mare non ha nemmeno visto l'ombra ⛱️ Destinazione: Varazze, qualcuno di voi è per caso nei/dei dintorni? 🏘️ . Varazze mi ricorda quando ero bambina perché proprio lì i miei genitori mi portavano per un mese a fare le vacanze estive con le nonne e mio cugino. Varazze è tra le località di mare più vicine che abbiamo, perciò veniva comodo portarmi lì considerando che ero una marmocchia (non troppo esigente ma sicuramente viziatella) 👶🏼. Da qualche anno, però, si sono invertiti i ruoli: ci portiamo la nonna 👵🏻 a fare le vacanze estive. Oggi perciò sono qui a trovare lei, mia mamma e mia zia (ah, dimenticavo, per chiudere il cerchio viene anche mio cugino @felipe_b90 ). Spero di fare molte belle foto e di postarvele tutte appena tornata 📸 . Queste foto invece risalgono a ieri pomeriggio ☀️ Vi dico solo un'ultima cosa: la gonna è taglia 12 anni 👧🏼 ed è uno tra i miei "ricicli" ♻️ meglio riusciti. 𝓖𝓻𝓸𝓮𝓷𝓮 𝓼𝓪𝓵𝓪𝓭𝓮 𝓶𝓮𝓽 𝓫𝓻𝓸𝓬𝓬𝓸𝓵𝓲 𝓮𝓷 𝓯𝓮𝓽𝓪𝓴𝓪𝓪𝓼🍃 Met broccoli, courgette, groene asperges en spinazie heb je een bord vol groen, boordevol goeds en lekkers. Maak het een fris geheel door de citroen en feta en voeg eventueel nog wat knapperige nootjes toe als je dat lekker vindt! Wat heb je nodig voor de groene salade? ½ broccoli ½ courgette 6 groene asperges 4 handjes spinazie 60 g feta sap halve citroen zout en peper extra vierge olijfolie Hoe maak je de groene salade?
Broccoli in roosjes en kort blancheren. Breek de onderkant van de asperges en snij de courgette in plakjes. Meng in een kom met olijfolie, peper en zout en grill tot je mooie streepjes krijgt in een hete grillpan. Spinazie (rauw) op de borden, broccoli er op, geroosterde asperges en courgette. Besprenkel de salade met citroensap, olijfolie en strooi er fetakaas over. Voeg naar smaak nog extra zout en peper toe. Lekker met geroosterde pompoenpitten of nootjes bovenop.
