Some must be label even with percentages of components. If not, you will end up not knowing what is what, and making the right solutions becomes impossible and dangerous.
Life is exactly the same. When you are not clear on what you want, you start making poor choices, mixing things together creating chaos.
In order to make that next step that will take you forward, you need to be clear with your intentions.
Take time to listen to yourself, not others, just yourself .
If you want to lose weight, be clear and specific how much and by when, if you want to be debt free, you must know exactly how much you owe .
This is how you make progress.
Clarity is your friend .

Kale & Chickpea Burgers 🌱
I'm completely OCD when it comes to washing veg, I have to soak kale in salt water for AGES before I cook it because obviously there'll be mud. And maybe bugs. And we don't eat anything with a face in this house thanks 🙌
Kale is my favourite green vegetable so I try and use it as much as possible. Hence why it's in the burgers and the salad. And probably my veins.

✨Chilli vibes✨ 1 or 2, which one would you choose? Trying to use up everything we have before doing a food shop, so that calls for big pots of chilli 🌶 First we have a chilli sin carne made with meatfree mince and second we have a hearty lentil and veggie chilli. Chris and I have opposite preferences when it comes to this 😂 I’d rather have lentil chilli with rice and avocado... and he’d rather have the other option with wraps and sliced spring onions. They both went down a treat though and there’s not a scrap left ✨ What’s your fave way to make chilli? 🌶
went for dinner with a friend and fancied some inexpensive authentic munch - iam pho in chinatown fit the bill 🤙🏼 veggie spring rolls with sweet chilli and a tofu banh mi. said yes to fresh chilli in my sandwich then had to remove it all cus thought I was gonna choke 🙂 the banh mi is £4, v v worth it! went a different time and had their tofu & mushroom pho and it was pretty disappointing though. if you go I’d defo recommenced the banh mi over the pho 🍲
