👨🏻🍳 Check out this ‘super easy to make’ quinoa with asparagus and spinach recipe friends 👇🏻😍 INGREDIENTS:
* 80-100g of quinoa
* 4 asparagus
* 50g of spinach
* 40g of oil
* 60g of vegan parmesan
* 1 small onion
* 100g of Green Story (available at our shop) chickpea food paste
* 40g of parsley
* Pinch of salt and pepper (to taste)
Follow the preparation guideline for quinoa on your quinoa package. In the same time fry the onion and chopped asparagus using oil. Once done add quinoa and Green Story (based on your taste premises), add spinach and mix all together. Once done add parsley on the top.

Add pumpkin, milk, vanilla, maple syrup in a casserole and warm it up on medium heat. Remove from stove and add the remaining ingredients, use a foaming device to make it the milk foamy. ** to make vegan whip cream with coconut milk you need to buy a can of normal coconut milk and store it in the fridge over night, in the morning, the liquid and fat will have separated, put the fat only in a bowl and add vanilla sugar, use an electric whisk to reach whip cream consistency! In this recipe i just used the foaming device and it was delicious and foamy 😋

Ultimamente sto cercando di introdurre nella dieta cibi ricchi di proprietà a livello micro come l'acai, la spirulina, i semi di chia, i semi di lino, verdura a foglia verde ecc.. Voi che ne pensate? 🤔
È vero che ogni cibo ha proprietà macro e micro, ma è anche vero che bisogna stare attenti a variare le fonti per cercare di assumere ogni nutriente di cui abbiamo bisogno. Inoltre molte di queste proprietà vengono ridotte tramite la cottura degli alimenti! 🔥
Sto anche integrando post-workout il magnesio dato che è un periodo abbastanza stressante (rigidità muscolare, tic nervosi tipo l'occhio che "traballa", stitichezza, insonnia..). Avete qualche altro consiglio da darmi? .

A few months back I posted a picture in my story that I found somewhere on the big wide interweb of a chocolate cake that had some kind of caramel icing on it along with a poll asking if y’all thought I should make something similar that was vegan. That was actually a test for me to determine the level of commonsense amongst the lovely people who watch my story and I’m proud to say you all passed with flying colours because I had a 100% vote that I should indeed make such a cake. Well. Make cake I have, and I’ll be damned if it isn’t the most delicious cake I have ever made/eaten/to have existed on this earth. 🙌🏼😍🍫🍰👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼 It’s so tasty that it shouldn’t be legal. In my somewhat irregular catch up call to my mum today, during which we pretty much exclusively talk about my dog, this cake even got a mention because of how exceptionally good it is. I told my mum about it and she foolishly asked ‘so what are you gonna do with a whole cake then Rebecca?’ in a semi-judgemental tone that implied I would not myself be voraciously eating the cake like my life depends on it...Like honestly Mama Juju, what in the world do you think ima do with all that cake?! Of course I’m going to sit here and I’m going to stuff my face with reckless abandon, probably end up consuming the majority of the cake singlehandedly and you know what? I’ll have not one regret. All that caramel. All that chocolate. ALL THE CAKE. COME. TO. MAMA. 🤤🐷 Recipe coming to the blog shortly (I just gotta come back down to a level of non-food coma functionality because this caramel, it changed me and I need a second to come to terms with the tastiness of it. Also I’m busy eating cake, which is a full time job - ‘recipe testing’...you know....??) 👀
