Good morning I love waking up and having a nutritious smoothie for break fast. It keeps me fuller for longer and I’m getting the greens in. I usually put spinach/kale, banana, dates, oats, cashew nuts, maca powder, berries and water in mine.

Holy cow! I’m in week 2 of yoga teacher training! Let me tell you... it’s probably the best decision I’ve ever made.
I’ve learned more this past week about yoga, spirituality, and philosophy than the majority of my years practicing. I feel so happy where I am physically and mentally.
My yoga journey will continue to be an exploration of my body and what I’m made of. I can’t wait to learn more about myself!
P.S. this is a Buddha Bowl from our lunch today! It’s as tasty as it looks! I know it silly to have such a personal message about my training and have a photo of food! 🙃 I really have to get better at taking photos of myself!

This smoothie bowl recipe was so nice I made it twice! It’s frozen banana, raspberries, blueberries and @wearesuperu ’s berry beauty mix... topped with dried coconut, raspberries and chias 🥥👌🏼 all the antioxidants this morning! Got my workout in after my 8 hour shift at work today, I felt tired but I said to myself to stop making excuses and just DO IT! There's this quote that says "You're not a product of your circustances but rather a product of your decisions" this is so true make the decision to reach your goals, get up in the morning and decide to have a good day, decide to reach your goals, decide to change your path, decide to stop complaining and decide to be happy. 💪❤
Baking stuff is like meditation for me. Yesterday I made those delicious chocolate chip cookies (made from chickpeas lol ✨) and believe me, they are delicious! 🙌🏼Recipe credits go to @lisagoesvegan 💚 So guys, even when you are eating plantbased, you still can get your chocolate chip cookie fix ✌🏼 🍪
Dairy free Earnest, maple walnut and chai tea 😍😍 LOOOVED both but I think I prefer the chai tea! The maple walnut got a little sweet after a while. Also has anyone else noticed these dairy free ice creams melt incredibly slow! 👏🏼👏🏼🍦🍨
