They have stores dotted around the UK in Windsor, Bath, Canterbury, Cambridge, Oxford & York! + they do lots of events too which is where I picked up this delish salted caramel flavour piece of delight 😍
Sweet Potato Chocolate Fudge Squares.
1 medium, peeled sweet potato, steamed | 310 grams
1/2 cup dairy-free milk
1/3 cup almond butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup maple syrup
290 grams vegan chocolate | 10 oz
1 tsp hemp hearts | optional
1/4 tsp sea salt | optional
Line a small bread tin or baking pan with grease proof paper.
After steaming the potato, let it cool.
Add the milk, sweet potato, almond butter, vanilla and maple syrup to a blender and blend until smooth.
Melt the vegan chocolate in the microwave or over a double-boiler and, with the blender running, stream it in to the fudge mixture. Blend until combined.
Pour the mixture in to the prepared tin, sprinkle with hemp hearts and salt and place in the freezer for at least an hour to set.
Slice in to squares to serve.
For a chocolate mousse dessert, remove the fudge from the freezer, slice and allow to soften for 15 minutes before serving. 😊#vegancommunity #foodtographyschool #mygoodnesskitchen #veganfood #veganrecipes #veganfeedfeed #foodblogger #veganfudge #vegansweets #plantbasedliving #crateandbarrel #marble #foodography #instaveganfood
Let’s talk fudge 🍫 we’ve seen so many recipes on insta through different bloggers so we thought how hard can it be to make our own!? we heated 3/4 cup cacao powder, 1 cup of coconut oil, 1 cup of @georgiagrinders
cashew butter and 1 tbsp of vanilla in a pot on the stove, did some taste tests and added some more cashew butter until it was 💯 we let sit in the freezer for ten ish minutes then took it out and topped with fresh raspberries, bee pollen, coconut shreds, sea salt and cacao nibs. Put back in freezer for two hours (until hard) and enjoy! After it solidifies in freezer you’re good to keep it in the fridge. ITS SO FUDGING GOOD!! #cleaneats
