Eredetileg nem akartam klasszikus food styling képeket, de végül győzött a józan ész, és rájöttem, hogy telefonnal nem tudok jó képeket csinálni, illetve én nem vagyok profi fotós. Így meggyőztem magam és maradtam a megszokott professzionális kivitelezésnél. Eddigi munkámban mindig arra törekedtem, hogy pontos, precíz, és jól kinéző termékeket adjak ki a kezemből. Így ez most sem lesz másképpen a szakácskönyvem kapcsán. Nagy bejelentés holnap 16:00 órakor!
Fitness to me is messy.
I don’t train every single part of my body as much as I should, I mostly do exercises that I enjoy, I take long breaks from it, I don’t count my macros, I personalize the programs I follow, basically I do a lot of things that would make someone say “you’re not doing it properly, you’re not serious about it”, and well if you think that that’s okay, it’s your opinion, but I always try to give my 100% every time I step in a gym regardless, and all those imperfections are what make me enjoy waking up at 5 am to go train.
I’d rather have a messy fitness than no fitness.
So all of that is to say that you need to find YOUR own balance when it comes to exercise.
When you feel like you could do what you’re doing for the rest of your life then you have found your own sustainable way of working out.
Of course it’s not stable, it will change every year, every month, life is unpredictable, sometimes we injure ourselves, we give birth to a baby, we are busy, etc. just don’t let other people’s goals and achievements mess with your head, you do you 🌻

How to optimize your health? 🤔
This week is #globalfastingweek
to raise awareness about the beneficial effects of the body’s own healing power while in a calorie restricted diet. I am doing the 5 day fasting mimicking diet by @prolonfmd

Don’t turn your back on the animals that need you because if you think that being vegan is difficult, imagine being a factory farmed animal.
Since I started injecting testosterone into my body I have had difficult to cry, but one thing that really shake up in my tear production is animal cruelty - I cannot believe I was so blind to this business for about 29 years, tho I can’t blame myself either as the truth is very well hidden and we learn from our parents (who didn’t know better either) that eating meat and drinking milk was necessary for the body. But the truth is that it’s Not good for our body, it’s Not necessary for the body and it’s Not fair to the Millions of animals that suffer and die each day because of us greedy humans.
We can do better, and animals don’t have to suffer for us to be healthy and alive, or even to gain muscles!
So what’s stopping you from taking one step towards a plantbased lifestyle today?

This morning my girls were asking me about liposuction and we got to talking. There are so many “quick-fixes” that we can try to turn to: lipo, “fit” teas, surgery, waist trainers, wrapping your freaking body in plastic wrap, depriving of carbs, so on and so on. 🤯😤
It’s ridiculously confusing, expensive, and this stuff does not work for the long term. It’s not sustainable!!!! We are the generation of instant gratification, the “I want it NOW” people. I’m guilty of this too... but this is where the “health/wellness/fitness” industries can be so confusing. What actually works? What will lead to results for life?! .
I will tell you, liposuctioning all your body fat out will NOT change your eating habits in the long run. Wrapping yourself in plastic will not increase your workout frequency or eliminate your sabotaging behaviors. These quick fixes are not getting to the source of your problems.
Instead of wasting your money, time, & energy, I highly highly suggest finding a nutritionist, trainer, or healthcare provider who can help you work on changing your negative behaviors, improve your understanding of nutrition, and guide your workouts. Start investing in your future with someone who actually knows what the heck they’re doing, instead of spending dollar after dollar on crap that simply will not change your future. .

•Sinse first beginning training I always avoided training my upper body to avoid looking ‘bulky’. •I always had good upper body strength so it shocked me 3-4 months ago when I realised I couldn’t do one single pull up 🙊.
. •So for the past 3-4 weeks I have been back to training for strength and functionality rather than ‘ looking good in a swimsuit’ and its already paying off! Not only have I now got slight shoulder muscle but I can do one and a half pull ups 😂 #beast
• feeling weak is not worth looking good in photos! So for anyone who is neglecting their body in anyway for the gram trust me feeling healthy and strong makes you 10 times happier!
