food service movement. Both parts are totally necessary. First is the creators, the ones that create new and amazing concepts, and the second part is for the #veganizers
of the world that transition the pre-existing concepts. Without #veganizers
, we will have a #restaurant
depression because the rate at which people are going vegan is much faster than the rate at which restaurants understand this new form of food service. ....
It will happen very suddenly, the restaurants that do not have #vegan
on their radar *TODAY* will be hit with sudden *irrelevance* and by the time they figure out how to stay in business, it will be too late - as the stars of tomorrow have already claimed their spots. @lanrestaurantgroup
