Good morning everyone 🌞 . I know it's not #toasttuesday but I really was in the mood for this awesome glutenfree buckwheat bread 🍞😋 . I had 4 slices ✌ with peanut cream + peach 🍑 + peanuts 🥜 ✌ with soy coco yoghurt 🥥 + goji strawberry cinnamon jam 🍓 + quinoa pops . I brought this absolutely heavenly jam from Koh Phangan with me 😍 now it's empty and I'm really really sad about 😢 . I love this colourful fruity combinations.. Healthy, nutrious & so delish!! So many times I get asked why I prepare my food so time-consuming, but it doesn't really take much time 😊 Anyway, it's a fact: you eat with your eyes first 😉 . 👉 449 kcal, 77g carbs, 18g protein, 6g fat

Another day of meal prepping 💪🏼🤩 Today I had to prepare all of my meals except for the breakfast 🍓❤️ * Ingredients for the lunch: 30 gr couscous 115 gr vegan ground meat 300 gr cucumber 🥒 (use some of it as a snack) 100 gr unsweetened soy yogurt 33 gr chickpea pasta 100 gr spinach 15 gr roasted cashews * Instructions: Cook the bulgur and the pasta and roast the “meat”. Cut the cucumber and season the yogurt and the “meat” with paprika powder, onion powder, garlic powder and salt. Roast the cashews in a pan for 5 minutes. Well number 1 is absolute #mouthgasms and I look forward to it every day and number 2 allows me to get in some greens before lunch too... but mainly because I’m a greedy fucker.. but being Vegan my body can tolerate me eating a lot of food often and I’ve never been leaner than I am becoming right now with very little effort! 🇬🇧 🇺🇸 What’s your kind of breakfast? Mine used to be 5 eggs white and 2 yolk, 2 slices of wholemeal bread and 1 avocado. I have some digestive problem probably due to the eggs and maybe gluten with the bread. With the help of @mangersaingourmand , she designed a new breakfast to reach my goals (around 1000 kcal). This smoothie countain 1 scoop of vegan protein by @phytplus , 2 kiwis, 1 banana, 1 cup of spinach mixed with almond milk + 50g of oats. The bread is gluten free. I switch regular butter for Ghee butter, much healthier and lactose free. I feel much better and my gut is happier! 🇫🇷 Quel est ton genre de petit-déjeuner? Le mien était 5 oeufs blancs et 2 jaunes, 2 tranches de pain complet et 1 avocat. J'ai un problème digestif probablement dû aux oeufs et peut-être au gluten avec le pain. Avec l'aide de @mangersaingourmand elle a conçu un nouveau déjeuner pour atteindre mes objectifs (environ 1000 kcal). What the... Pho, have you tried it? 🍲😋 ➖ This is the vegan (brown rice noddles) pho w/ tempeh, veggies, and herbs/spices I had today for dinner 😍 ➖ This thing was super easy & simple to make, it’s awesome! 👍🏼 . All I had to do is boil some filtered water in a water kettle, drop the store-bought pho noodles into a big bowl, pour in the boiling water into the big bowl, then mix into the bowl the tempeh with the rest of the veggies, herbs & spices (cilantro is a must) while the water was still hot. . Then, I waited till it cooled down a bit so I could demolish it (after takings a couple pictures of it and uploading it to my story, of course lol) 😋👌🏼 ➖ It was definitely great, but not gonna lie, it definitely would’ve tasted a whole lot better if I had added lemon juice, which I didn’t have at the moment. (Adding apple cider vinegar didn’t seem to do the trick for me lol) 🤷🏻‍♂️ . Overall tough, definitely worth it. 🔥 (7.5-8/10) ➖ Also, I seem to be really “noob” at using chop sticks, so if you got any tips or ninja tricks (pun intended lol) on how to use them, let me know down in the comments. 🥢 • Cheers! 🙏🏼🌱

Protein overnight oats for brekkie this morning 😋 🍓1 cup Scottish oats 🍓Almond milk 🍓1 scoop Arbonne chocolate vegan protein powder 🍓1 tsp chia seeds 🍓Handful of your fav fruit (I just put in some frozen blueberries and strawberries) I Let the oats and chia seeds soak in the milk overnight in the fridge and then add the protein powder and the frozen fruit in the morning 🍓 Tastes soooo good and keeps you full until lunch 🍓🍇🍑🍒 For more details on how to order, send me a DM 🍓
