PROBIOTOC VEGAN CHEESE 💚 I DID it🙌. .♡. Sunday Brunch test run for us all 😆 With my very first vegan almond cheese, pancakes, coconut joghurt, fruits, veggies.. and the cutest Hama spoon from dear Netti @vegansoulfoody I won one of her prizes😘 This cheese is so delicious. Thank you to my cheese inspiration Queens @vegan.dannynerle @m_antonieta_th @twospoons.ca and @minimalistbaker You have made me drool so often. In the end I whipped up my own recipe with not pre-soaked almonds, spices, prebiotics, garlic, and nutritional yeast. I had to roll it in chopped chives.😋 Tonite I will make a big cheese for my 🎄 party at work on Wednesday, I love it🙌 .♡. Breakfast😍 Apple and cinnamon crepes 🍎🌿 Desayuno😍 Crepes de manzana y canela🍎🌿 . 🇬🇧 RECIPE (for 5 crepes) . Ingredients for the dough -85g flour -1 flax egg (1tbsp flax seeds + 2,5tbsp water) -180ml non-dairy milk -1/2 small banana . Ingredients for the filling -2 apples -1 tsp cinnamon . Preparation 1.Process al the ingredients for the dough together. Try to introduce air in the mixture when mixing 2.Cut the apple in small pieces and put it in a plate. Add the cinnamon and mix. Cook in the microwave for 5min 3.Start cooking the crepes in a pan. Leave until golden in one side and flip. ENJOY! . . 🇪🇸 RECETA (5 crepes) . Ingredientes para la masa -85g harina -1 huevo de linl (1tbsp semillas de linl + 2,5tbsp agua) -180ml leche vegetal -1/2 plátano pequeño . Ingredientes para el relleno -2 manzanas -1 tsp canela . Preparación 1.Triturar y mezclar todos los ingredientes para la masa de la crepe. Intenta introducir aire cuando mezcles la masa. 2.Cortar las manzanas en dados pequeños y ponerlas en un plato. Añadir la canela y mezclar. Cocinar en el microondas durante 5min. 3.Comienza a cocinar las crepes en una sartén. Cocinalas hasta que un lado comience a dorarse y gírala. 🍪 COOKIE DOUGH DIP + GINGERBREAD MEN 📷 by @sixvegansisters 🚨🚨Recipe: COOKIE DOUGH DIP: 1 (8 oz) container vegan cream cheese 1 stick (1/2 cup) vegan butter 1/2 cup brown sugar 2 cups powdered sugar 1 tbsp vanilla 1 cup dairy-free chocolate chips DIRECTIONS STEP 1 Put all ingredients (minus chocolate chips) in a mixing bowl and beat until combined. STEP 2 Fold in the chocolate chips. STEP 3 Chill until you serve! STEP 4 Serve with GINGERBREAD MEN! GINGERBREAD MEN: For the cookies: 3 cups flour 1 tsp baking soda 1 tsp baking powder 1 tsp salt 1 tbsp ground ginger 2 tsp cinnamon 1/4 cup + 2 tbsp vegan margarine 3/4 cup brown sugar 1/2 cup molasses 2 tbsp nondairy milk 1/2 tbsp vanilla For the frosting: 1/2 cup vegan butter, room temp 1 cup powdered sugar 1-3 tsp milk DIRECTIONS STEP 1 In a medium sized bowl, whisk the flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, ginger, and cinnamon. STEP 2 In a separate, larger bowl, add the butter, brown sugar, molasses, milk, and vanilla. Beat with a mixer. STEP 3 Slowly add the dry ingredients into the wet and mix until completely combined. STEP 4 Form the dough into a ball and wrap in cling wrap. Place in the fridge for about an hour. STEP 5 To make the frosting, place butter and sugar in a bowl and beat with a hand mixer. Add milk to your preferred consistency (we added ~3tsp). @sixvegansisters put the frosting into a squeeze bottle for easier decorating! STEP 6 Once the cookies are chilled, preheat the oven to 350°F. STEP 7 Lightly flour a surface and place the chilled dough on top. Begin to roll it out the dough with a rolling pin. @sixvegansisters find it works best once you knead a little flour into it. Roll it to be ~1/4″ thick. STEP 8 Cut out shapes and place on a lined baking sheet. They will puff up a bit so leave a little room in between each. STEP 9 Bake for 5-8 minutes. STEP 10 Chill completely and decorate!! STEP 11 Dip in cookie dough dip! ♻Соковыжималка и сок из сельдерея Ранее у меня был пост с соковыжималкой Kitfort. И всё вроде хорошо, но только она сломалась 😔 при чём в самый неподходящий момент - в сезон закаток. Пришлось срочно искать ей замену, т.к. урожай месяц бы не протянул 😏 Искала я принципиально шнековую, ведь к хорошему привыкаешь быстро 😁 Из всех вариантов выбор пал на Element. Китаец (хотя что нынче не в Китае собрано😌), с керамическим шнеком и кучей насадок. Собственно в карусели ⏩👉 есть скрин её полного названия. Скажу только одно - это соковыжималка для твёрдых продуктов. А таких у меня большинство 😏 Пару слов о соке из сельдерея. Way too snowy outside for having cold food ❄️ ➖ Recipe: Porrdige: - 2 apples - 150g oat flakes - 700ml almond milk - 2 tbsp vanilla protein powder - 1 tsp vanilla powder - 1 teaspoon cinnamon - 3 tbsp agaves syrup - 45g almond slivers Wash, clean, peel and chop the apples 🍎 Heat oat flakes, almond milk, cinnamon and vanilla in a saucepan! Add protein powder and stir continuously! Add apples and agave syrup to the porridge and let simmer! Christmas peppermint patties by @panaceas_pantry 💕🎄 . 1 cup raw cashews, soaked 2 hours. 1 cup shredded coconut. 15 drops peppermint essential oil. 1/3 cup pure maple syrup Pinch salt 1/4 cup cacao butter, melted (see note) Method. 1. Add all ingredients to a high-speed fopd processor and blitz until a smooth batter forms. 2. Set batter in fridge for 30 mins, to firm up. Once firm, use wet hands to shape even balls and then flatten down with your hand to create a patty shape. Once ll patties are formed, set in freezer for 1 hour, then make the raw chocolate mix. Raw chocolate. 115g cacao butter, finely chopped 60g cacao powder 180g pure maple syrup Pinch salt Dash of pure vanilla extract Method. 1. Add cacao butter to a heat proof bowl. Set bowl of a pot of simmering water. Allow to melt, keeping an eye on the temperature (don't exceed 46 degrees C. If the cacao butter approaches this temp, remove from heat and allow to melt independently). 2. Add remaining ingredients and whisk to gather over the water, again keeping an eye on the temp (if you want to temper your chocolate, google the instructions- they are too precise for me to explain here! For ease, i am explaining just a basic, untempered version that will still taste great). 3. Once uniform, remove from heat and allow to cool. Once the chocolate has cooled/thickened. Dip in each patty, and set again on the baking tray. Store patties in the fridge or freezer (in an air-tight container), and enjoy! They taste great out of the freezer, and are a total crowd pleaser. Note; to melt cacao butter, always place in a heat proof bowl over simmering water (never try to melt in a saucepan over a flame).

Good morning! I can’t believe it’s only a week until we both leave Berlin for our families. The year is coming to an end and we think a lot about what has happened in 2018. What an exciting year! Here it is! 露營料理:純素香蔥青豆意大利飯 (約1至2人份量) 材料: 1/2杯 意大利米  1/4杯 青豆  2支 蔥, 切碎  2片 蒜頭, 切碎  2茶匙 橄欖油  少許 海鹽  1.5杯蔬菜湯(可用蔬菜濃湯寶融於水中)  做法: 1. 燒熱鍋, 加入油爆香蔥 2. 加入蒜頭, 然後炒香 3. 再放入意大利米和鹽,然後縱火 加熱攪拌大約數分鐘. 4. 倒入蔬菜濃湯(分量約蓋過意大利飯), 繼續以細火加熱並持續攪拌至米飯吸收大部分的濃湯. 5. 再倒入少許湯,並重複以上步驟 直至意大利飯變軟. 最後再加入青豆,並煮約一分鐘即完成. Vegan Green Pea Risotto (Serving Size: 1-2 servings) INGREDIENTS • 1/2 cup arborio rice • 1/4 cup Green peas • 2 stalks green onions, chopped • 2 cloves garlic, chopped • 2 tsp extra olive oil • Pinch sea salt • 1.5 cups vegetable stock (/made from dissolving the veggie cube in water) STEP 1. Heat the oil with the green onions in the saucepan. 2. Add the garlic and stir burning. 3. Add arborio rice and salt to the saucepan and cook over medium heat for a few minutes and stir frequently. 4. Add the vegetable stock to cover the rice and stir over low heat until the rice absorbed most of the stock. 5. Add more stock and repeat the above step until rice is soft and cream. Add the peas to rice for last minute.

I got my own, custom made vegan pizza at or work Christmas Party on Friday! Grilled veggies are my favourite, so I loved having them on pizzas, they also brought out some avocado and fried mushrooms so obviously I had them as extrantoppijgs later 😉 It’s so nice to see places accommodating vegans even if their menu doesn’t initially seem vegan friendly!! Thai red curry with tofu, noodles, zoodles and broccolini by @cookingforpeanuts . Ingredients: 1 small white onion 3 garlic clovea 1 tbsp grated ginger 2 tbsp red curry paste 1 15 oz coconut milk a handful of broccoli florets a few 3/4” inch extra firm tofu cubes 1-2 tbsp tamari/soy sauce 1 tbsp fresh lime juice 1 tsp sriracha Toppings: cashews, red chili flakes, sesame seeds, fresh basil . Served with: a mix of zoodles (spiralized zucchini) and brown rice + millet ramen noodles . Sauté 1 small white onion (small dice) in 1 tbsp neutral oil until translucent, about 5 minutes. Add 3 minced garlic cloves and 1 tbsp finely grated ginger. Sauté until fragrant, about 30 seconds. Add 2 tbsp Thai red curry paste and keep mixing on medium heat, about another minute. Add 1-15oz can coconut milk and 1/2 cup water and stir. Add bite-size broccoli florets (or other quick-cooking vegetables) and extra-firm tofu (3/4 inch cubes) and simmer until broccoli is fork tender. Remove from heat and stir in 1-2 tbsp tamari/soy sauce, 1 tbsp fresh lime juice (or to taste), 1 tsp sriracha (optional) and salt to taste. (Add a little brown sugar if desired.) Christmas shopping can make a girl forget all about the fact that she needs to eat... Until she finds a vegan laksa that looks like this🍜 Ooooh my goodness. Sydney has some top notch plant based food - even in mall food courts! It was so huge I made a second and third meal out of it by just adding more veggies and tofu🤤 Bargain👊 You'd think that it's too hot in Sydney for a warm and spicy meal, but did you know that spicy food actually cools you down in hot weather?? Though It does this by causing you to sweat a bit extra so it depends what you prefer 😅
So what makes a good day? So many times in our lives food acts as the defining moment of that day. That dish we cooked, ordered online, went out to try and so on define how our days are. The lazy Saturdays and Sundays on which we did nothing else, but cooking or eating that one dish gave us that immense sense of satisfaction and accomplishment. We may forget everything else we did in the last month or year, but if some dish we made had come out right, we feel like champions! Isn’t it wonderful that this act of eating which we NEED to do everyday anyway becomes something that we WANT to do?
