It's getting coooold in LA ☃️.....and by cold I mean mid-60's and partly cloudy ⛅️😂😅 Either way, I was seriously craving something warm & nourishing for breakfast this morning 🌞😊✨ . My go-to comfort breakfast at the moment is deeeefintely a big ole bowl of oats 🙌 🤩 . For the base, I used @bobsredmill gluten free rolled oats (not an #ad just love em!), half a 🍌, 2 medjool dates (chopped), 1 tbsp of cinnamon & huge spoonful of vanilla paste. I don't think I'll ever get over mushrooms 🍄 - I've been on a mushroom craze lately and I've been experimenting with different kinds of mushroom (not just the regular crimini or portobello you get at your local grocery store) and now I'm obsessed. In this sandwich I used a layer of regular oyster mushrooms (my favourite) and another layer of king oyster mushrooms. I also added half an avocado for that extra creamy good fat, lettuce, cucumber and homemade saurkraut. So, ich hoffe ihr habt alle bald Feierabend 🥳 Ich würde gerne das Wochenende mit diesem pornografischen Schokokuchen einläuten 🤤🤤🤤 Das krasse ist, er besteht aus Bohnen (kein Witz 🙈) und ist sehr zuckerarm, schmeckt aber trotzdem unverschämt gut 😍 Ich sehe dauernd überall Bohnenbrownies, aber hatte die meisten Zutaten nicht zuhause, also wieder freestyle backen 🤣 Ich kann Dir die Mengen nur so ungefähr sagen, weil ich ihn zum 1x gemacht hab, war ne spontane Idee und ich hab alles zusammengeschüttet was der Vorratsschrank hergab 🤣 also viel Glück beim Nachmachen 😜 Du brauchst: 1 Dose Kidneybohnen (abgetropft) 1 Hand voll Datteln, 2 Eier (meine veganen Freunde lassen das Ei einfach weg, dann wird er nicht so luftig aber auch geil 😋) 1 Tafel Zartbitterschokolade (glaube meine war 125 g), 1 Päckchen Schoko Pudding Pulver (wenn Du das nicht hast, geht bestimmt auch 1EL Kakaopulver & 3-4 EL Mehl) ca 100ml Hafermilch, 2 EL Sonnenblumenöl, evtl. Kokosblütenzucker (wers gerne süßer mag), 2 TL Backpulver. Die Schoki im Mixer zu nem Pulver pürieren oder einfach in der Mikro schmelzen. Die Bohnen & Datteln mit der Milch & dem Öl schön fein pürieren (sieht richtig yummy aus 🤢 aber glaub mir es wird gut) mit den restlichen Zutaten verrühren und in eine gefettete Form geben. Ich habe vor dem Backen noch ein paar Pekannüsse & Kakaonibs von @koro_de draufgegeben (mit dem Code: Resi gibts Rabatt 🤑) und dann das Ganze bei 180 Grad ca. 20-25 Minuten backen. Einfach mal ne Stäbchenprobe machen, jeder Ofen ist anders. Wenn das Baby noch lauwarm ist, schmeckt es am Besten und dann noch oben ein paar getrocknete Himbeeren (auch von koro) drauf krümeln 😭 🙌 Macht das heute Abend und dankt mir später. Nachos 💃🏿 I went to TGI Fridays and ordered nachos a few weeks ago. Well it pointless because they were no fun. I only had quacamole and jalapeños. Last night I melted @followyourheart cheddar slices. I added sriracha, garlic powder and @bragglivefoodproducts nutritional yeast and 💥 I had queso. My nachos are stacked!!! Flour tortillas ( @wholefoodsprinceton store made) @beyondmeat Black beans Pico de Gallo (@wholefoodsprinceton store made) Sweet Corn Jalapeños This tasted great and was fun and easy to make ❤️😊

Home-made pesto pasta with spinach and tomatoes 🍅 🍝
As promised, GINGERBREAD BALLS❄️🎅🏽🙌🏼 These taste like a fresh batch of gingerbread cookies and are SUPER easy to make!🙌🏼 ⠀ Ingredients: 6 dates ¾ cup oats ½ cup cashew pulp from the Almond Cow ¼ cup peanut butter 1 tsp coconut oil (not liquid form) ½ tsp cinnamon ½ tsp ginger ½ tsp nutmeg ¼ tsp cloves ⠀ Directions: In a food processor, process all ingredients except dates. Once the mixture is finely pulsed, add in dates and blend. ⠀ Once a dough is formed, use a spoon or your hands to form into small balls and refrigerate until ready to eat. ⠀ *Make sure to stain pulp first before making the balls!

Saem facilmente da casca, como um creme. ✔ Depois de espremido adicionei sal e mexi. If you’re looking for a fun & easy treat, here’s how to make this vegan cheesecake😊 . RAW VEGAN CHEESECAKE: Crust: 1 cup soaked pitted dates 1 cup almonds 1/4 cup coconut shreds Filling: 2 cups soaked cashews 1 cup agave (or another sweetener) 1 can coconut milk (refrigerate overnight, and only use the thick solid part that forms at the top) 1 lemon 1 tsp vanilla 1/2 tsp salt 1 cup blueberries (optional) For the crust, blend all of your ingredients in a high speed blender. Then line the bottom of the cake mold with it. For the filling, blend all of the ingredients in a high speed blender and pour over the crust. Place in the freezer for at least five hours. . Sᴜᴘᴇʀɢᴇᴍᴜ̈Sᴇ Bʀᴏᴋᴋᴏʟɪ 🥦 ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Brokkoli kommt bei mir regelmäßig und in verschiedenen Varianten (roh, gedünstet, Sprossen) auf den Teller. Das es sich lohnt, beweisen nicht nur der super leckere Geschmack, sondern auch die supergesunden Vitalstoffe. 🥦Glucosinolate: Für den eicht scharfen und bitteren Geschmack von rohem Brokkoli sind diese sekundären Pflanzenstoffe verantwortlich. Übrigens auch für viele andere Kohlsorten. Sie wirken antioxidativ, d.h unsere Zellen werden vor den bösen freien Radikalen geschützt. Ich nutze auch sehr gerne die Brokkolisprossen, da sie in hoher Konzentration einen weiteren sekundären Pflanzenstoff Namens Sulforaphan enthalten und diese besondere gut krebsvorbeugend wirken sollen. 🥦Vitamin C: Es gibt wirklich NICHTS was dieses Vitamin nicht kann. Das Immunsystem, unser Fettstoffwechsel, Haut-und Haargesundheit, Gelen-und Knochengesundheit, Augen-und Zahngesundheit, das Bindegewebe u.v.m. ist auf die Zufuhr von Vitamin C angewiesen. In 100 g roher Brokkoli sind 94mg Vitamin C enthalten:-). Das ist fast der komplette Tagesbedarf eines gesunden Erwachsenen. 🥦Betacarotii: Das ist die Vorstufe von Vitamin A und ebenfalls ein starker Antioxidans (Zellschutz). Damit wir richtig gut und klar sehen können ist Vitamin A sehr wichtig. Aber auch ein gut funktionierendes Immunsystem sowie die Haut profitieren davon. Heute gab es aus meiner Rezeptsammlung "Gebackene Süßkartoffeln mit Brokkoli-Hummus". Sweet Potato Toppings: 2 tablespoons BADIA olive oil 1-2 teaspoons BADIA minced garlic 10 ounces frozen chopped spinach defrosted 14 ounces canned beans 1/4 teaspoon BADIA ground nutmeg BADIA Salt and freshly ground black pepper 1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes .......... Tahini Sauce: 1/4 cup tahini 1/8 teaspoon BADIA garlic powder 1/8 teaspoon BADIA salt Warm water .......... Instructions: Baked Sweet Potato Preheat the oven to 400ºF. Pierce the sweet potatoes a few times all over with a fork. Wrap each one tightly in a square of aluminum foil, then place on a foil lined baking sheet and bake for 60 minutes or until the sweet potatoes feel soft when gently squeezed. Remove from the oven, unwrap, and allow to cool enough to handle. .......... Toppings: While the sweet potatoes are baking, prepare the toppings. In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons olive oil over medium heat. Add the garlic and cook, stirring, for 2 minutes or until a pale blonde color. Add the spinach and beans. Season with nutmeg, salt, and pepper, to taste. Stir until heated through. .......... Tahini Sauce: In a small bowl stir together tahini, garlic powder, and 1/8 teaspoon salt. Add warm water a little bit at a time, stirring in completely, until the desired consistency is reached, and it becomes a pourable sauce. .......... Stuffed Sweet Potatoes: Cut a slit down the middle of the sweet potatoes and use a fork to fluff up the inside. Brownie Chocolat Framboises Vegan ♥️ . Salut les Fourchetteurs! 🙋‍♀️ Pour débuter le week-end (oui il commence maintenant 🤣) je vous propose un brownie vegan sans gluten et sans sucre raffiné 🤗♥️ Il est fondant, pas trop sucré et avec des framboises lyophilisées c’est un délice 🙈♥️ —- RECETTE : • ingrédients secs: 240g de farine sans gluten (j’ai mis 200g de farine de riz et 40g de farine d’amandes), 60g de cacao non sucré, 50g de framboises lyophilisées brisées, 80g de sucre de coco, 1 1/2 CC de levure chimique, 1 CC de bicarbonate, 1/2 CC de sel. • ingrédients liquides: 100g + 100g de chocolat noir fondu, 60g d’huile de coco, 250g de boisson végétale, 60g d’eau, 1CS de vinaigre de cidre, 1CS de vanille liquide. 👉 Mélangez les ingrédients secs puis les ingrédients liquides dans 2 culs de poule séparés (conservez 100g de chocolat pour le glaçage). Ajoutez les ingrédients solides dans le bio liquide. Mélangez bien. Faites cuire à 180C pendant 20-21min pour une texture moelleuse fondante. ♥️ Topping: Avec une spatule, étalez grossièrement le reste du chocolat fondu et saupoudrez de framboises lyophilisées mixées. Coupez en gros carrés et bon appétit! 🤗♥️

My favourite soup is lentil soup it is light, testy and rich in minerals. Ideal to over come cold and fatigue. Lentil soup recipe ⤵️ Ingredients: 1 cup of lentil 1 medium onion (chopped) 2 medium potatoes (sliced) 2 medium carrots (sliced) 2 large tomatos (sliced) 5 cups of water 1 tsp turmeric 
1 pinch of cayenne pepper (optional) Pinch of pepper and salt Method 1- Sauté the onion with 1 tsp turmeric and 
pinch of cayenne pepper In olive oil in a pot over medium heat 1 minute. 2- add the sliced vegetables ( tomatoes, potatoes and carrots) Cook for 3 minutes . 3- pour 5 cups of water into a pot than add 1 cup of lentil (any type). 4- simmer until the lentils are soft, about 1 hour. Season with salt. 5- blend the soup until smooth.
