Decided to get extra messy with our burgers and make a sauce from our Spicy Burger Cheese (plus some added hot sauce just for fun)! Also added some red onion(thinnest slices in existence 😂), pickled jalapeno slices, and chipotle mayo!
🌶️vegan as always🌶️
Included some pics of the Beyond Burger prep because I always get questions about how I like to make them 😍
Reshape them to fit the bun, season, sear them, and I like to press a lot of the oil out...it gives them a better outside crust and also takes away that 'beyond burger' flavor. 💚
🌿Happy Thursday 🌿

WHATS YOUR DEFINITION OF REAL FOOD?🤔
My definition is single ingredient food(plants), that of which are LIVING, high vibrational, fed from the sun, grown from the earth, unprocessed, free of chemicals, additives and rich in nutrients. Foods that energize, hydrate and nourish our bodies that prevent and even reverse the risk of cancer, diabetes, heart disease and obesity, all of which are epidemics we are facing today and the top killers. So many of us are not aware of the effect their diet has on their state of being and consciousness. The more YOU EAT FOODS CONNECTED TO THE EARTH, THE MORE YOU WILL BECOME CONNECTED SPIRITUALLY. Nature gifted us with these foods full of life. When you cook food, you change it’s vibration and nutrient content. When you eat dead animals especially the way they are massly bred and destroyed(nearly 60 BILLION YEARLY), that have been pumped with hormones, steroids and antibiotics you also carry that animals emotional state(the fear, pain, stress, anxiety, suffering, adrenaline released) not to mention increasing your risk of chronic disease with red meat being a group 2 carcinogen & processed meats being group 1 (cancer causing). Don’t believe me, well you can go type away, google and do your research too. When you eat processed, man made foods, you are basically eating a box of dead, empty, nutrient depleted, ADDICTIVE (designed to be addictive to keep you a customer)ingredients. These are “foods” we’ve been conditioned to believe because they’re available in stores and on corners(fast food joints) is REAL food. But in reality they’re just products approved by the FDA, keeping us desensitized, sick, tired, depressed, addicted, overweight, CONTROLLED and further from expanding our consciousness and evolved state of being. We can strive for the greatest, evolved version of ourselves, or we can comfortably be an unconscious zombie fitting into this zombie apocalypse, controlled way of living as I like to call it. So again, I ask, what’s real food? As a collective, I think it’s time we start re-evaluating our answers, because if there’s one thing we can control, it’s our food choices. 🤔👁🙌🏽
“Live in each season as it passes: breathe the air, drink the drink, taste the fruit.”
~ Henry David Thoreau
So many things have been happening and I’ve had to make some really tough decisions that have been extremely difficult. But yesterday, I met a friend’s wonderful grandmother! So full of life, one of the funniest people I’ve met and so generous, kind and loving. It was wonderful and I truly believe the people who live with family (or close to family) are so blessed! It made me think about why we take life so seriously and forget to live? To be? It doesn’t have to be this way- I guess we sometimes get caught up in expectations rather than what’s right for us. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Here’s to not being held back because of a number or rushing into things because it feels like time is slipping by. Here’s to doing what's right for you. Some times we need to hold on, slow down, breathe and process. We need to remember to not change our journey so that it matches someone else's. We need to walk different paths so the whole world can be explored. Enjoy now!
Pictured here is a fruity take on the classical Indian Street Food “golgappa” or “pani puri”. Delicious, healthy & colorful! I’ve used some of my fav fruits like apple (red & green), berries, grapes , pomegranates and pineapple! Deliciously refreshing 😻
Do you sometimes forget to revel in the moment & enjoy where you are right now? Please share with me your tips and tricks to be you and just carpe diem?💕
Personal and social transformation go hand in hand. You never know what kindness can do so live kindly and well 🦋 🌱
I’m sending nothing but love and positive vibes 💫🧚🏼♀️ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
So go out there and fly the skies of love 💖! Here’s to opportunities, adventures & sangrias in the clouds 🥂✈️🗺✨🌤
Wake up folks, veggies aren’t why your auntie & dad had cancer or Alzheimer’s or heart disease - stop wasting time nitpicking veggies, look up the fish and dairy and meat - then just eat your veggies
Imagine this: Someone takes your dog, they brutally kill him, it's horrific, it's so mean. It's obviously violent. You're heartbroken. Now imagine, you have a pet pig instead of a pet dog. Same thing. It's just as brutal, it's just as violent, you're just as heartbroken because he's YOUR baby. Lots of people have pet pigs, so pet pigs are common. Now imagine a pig, that wasn't anyone's pet. He's just as deserving of love, he's just as cute, & cuddly, & has just as much personality as the pet pig had. But unfortunately for him, he belongs to no one. If he was brutally killed, would it be okay? Would his death sit well with you? What if he was your pet piggy, with a name? What if he was your puppy?
Late night vegan thoughts I suppose... 💭 Love every life ❤ They are all so worthy of living.
