When meal prep is done right, it takes a couple of minutes to put together breakfasts like this pals! My plate has hummus (with a twist of maqui and radish), chickpea chocolate banana bread, white beans with mint, daikon and watermelon radish, coconut chips and Chilean hazelnuts. A mix full of nutrition and flavor to start the week! This is my preworkout meal as well, it’s back day for me today 👊 Happy Monday! 💚😘
Cuando cocinas tus comidas para toda la semana, uno demora solo minutos en armar desayunos como este. Hoy estoy comiendo hummus (con un twist de maqui y rábano), banana bread de garbanzo y chocolate, porotos blancos con menta, rábano daikon y rábano sandía, coco y avellanas chilenas. Es una mezcla nutritiva, sabrosa y llenita de energía para comenzar la semana! Esta es mi comida pre entrenamiento de hoy, me voy a entrenar espalda ahora 👊 Espero que tengan un excelente lunes!! 💚😘

Today was a combo of heavy barbell squats and shoulder push presses as well as #gobletsquats
! Loved it! ~30 mins in and out of the gym this AM!

Hétvégén kipróbáltam a MOL Limo új kocsiját a Mercedes A osztályt. Szerintem zseniálisan jó. Iszonyatosan jól felszerelt, kényelmes, nagyon jó a dinamikája. A perc ára magasabb, mint a kisebb kocsiknak, de élménynek egyszer-egyszer megéri. Ha tehetem akkor az elektromos verziót választom. Szeretném felhívni arra a figyelmet, hogy nem feltétlen kell saját kocsit vásárolni. Ma már nagyon sok alternatíva van a BKV és a kerékpár mellett. A MOL Limo, a GreenGo vagy a Blinkee szuper jó választás lehet. Ezekkel az eszközökkel nem csak költséghatékonyak lehetünk, de még a környezeti terhet is csökkenteni tudjuk!

i spent a lot of time the other day thinking about what drives me to be so open with each of you who are following me.
it comes down too that my change sparked once the right influencers story and message spoke to me. so i feel it is my role to do that for you.
we all run off collective frequencies, therefore we have to collectively work together to pull eachother up.
think of someone you see on Instagram who when you see their post makes you think ‘i want that life’ ‘i want the energy they embody’ ‘i crave that life style and place of balance’ ‘i want that body’
the truth is, the only difference between them and you is priorities and perspective. some people crave balance and abundance but few go after it.
once you have these feelings towards the influencer.. it is important to seek deeper into their story.
dont follow anyone and think ‘i want their life’.. rather think ‘what am i going to do differently to get there’
those of you who just began following me probably assume i come from money because i travel. assume i was born and raised on eating only plants. assume ive never experienced body image issues because i post my flows.
& with this perspective and assumptions of the world you’re going to remain stuck where you’re at.
unhappy and most likely unhealthy
i longed for this lifestyle for a long time.. just as i long for more now. the only difference is ive shifted into a mindset where i understand that everything i long for is a foreshadow of my future.
don’t desire the lives of others unless you truly know what they did to get there
because of the influence of culture- we are naturally programmed with priorities such as, in this order, we must go to college, get married, have kids, retire to be considered successful or that is what will bring us happiness.
i found that if you want to travel or you want to have a job that’s more sustainable for your lifestyle or you want to have a healthy relationship with people / food / yoga / fitness then you have to evaluate your priorities.

SOIL IS EVERYTHING🌱 It's something like 80% of the problems with your plants have to do with the soil it sits in.
I know I have to do a better job of checking out what Im actually feeding my plants. Reading the label of your soil should be similar to how you read the label on your food. After all you are what you eat🤷🏾♂️

Wanted to make something different instead of just oatmeal for breakfast 😋
👉Mash 2-3 ripe bananas in a bowl, add oats, bit of flour, olive oil, salt, cinammon and your choice of seeds (I added cashews and dried cranberries). 👉Mix everything and form some cookies 🍪 with your hands.
👉Add some dark chocolate chunks on top and place the cookies on a non stick pan at 180C for 10-12 minutes.
👉Enjoy your breakfast 😊
(You can also add some maple syrup/agave in the mixture to make it a bit more sweet according to your preference)

Lately due to my gastritis, I couldn’t eat much. Today I’m feeling much better so I made myself a breakfast feast with onions, mint, thyme, dried tomatoes, rainbow peppers, roasted red peppers and cooked green lentils.

Today’s breakfast were crepes 😍
I made them with 2 ingredients and filled them with a raspberry sauce. Topped this with almond butter and voilà!!
