@a.healthy.nut with @get_repost ・・・ Carrot ginger turmeric soup by @feastingathome 💛 Recipe (for 6 cups / 4 servings): 1 tablespoon coconut oil (or vegetable oil, olive oil). ½ cup chopped shallot (2 shallots, or ½ an onion). 2 tablespoons chopped, peeled turmeric. 2 tablespoon chopped, peeled ginger root. 4 garlic cloves, rough chopped. 1 pint fresh carrot juice (2 cups, ok to use store bought) or use 2 cups veggie stock. 2 cups water. 1 lb chopped carrots. ½ teaspoon salt, then more to taste. ¾ – 1 can of coconut milk, saving some for swirling if you want. 1 teaspoon curry powder. ½ teaspoon apple cider vinegar, or lime juice. ½ teaspoon soy sauce (this is optional, added for depth). 1 teaspoon maple syrup. Oh and the food 🙏... these are plum açai tarts on a pecan chocolate base. To make the based you will need: •1 cup of pecans •1 cup of almonds •8 pitted dates •1/3 cup dark chocolate •pinch of sea salt •1 tsp agave syrup •1/4 tsp water Pulse all base ingredients in a food processor until a sticky crumble forms. Press into tart 4 moulds. Set in fridge and prepare filling. For filling: •2 packs of frozen @sambazon açai •6 plums, pitted •1 cup of coconut cream •1 cup almond milk •1 tsp of pink pitaya powder @rawnice Blend these ingredients in a high speed blender for 1-2 minutes. Strain the ingredients over a pot, discarding all chunks. Heat the liquid over medium heat. Add into the pot when warm: •1 1/2 tsp agar agar powder •1/2 tsp Madagascar vanilla •2 tbsp agave syrup Stir well until ingredients have all dissolved. Strain mixture again before letting cool. Cool for 20 minutes. Transfer cool mixture into tart shells and place in the fridge until mixture has solidified. Top with more plums, pecans, dark chocolate and other favourites. Medjool Dates (the chocolate can cover about 10) Tahini Dark chocolate (or home made) Simply slice the dates in half to remove the seed and fill with tahini. Place in the freezer whilst you melt the choc. Melt the choc on a double boiler. Or if making homemade... Melt 1/4 cup cacao butter. Once melted mix in 1/3 cup cacao powder and 1/3 cup maple syrup. Then dip or drizzle your dates.😋 Place back in the freezer for 10 mins to set. Peanutbuttercurry 😍 have you ever tried peanutbutter this way? Here is the recipe: Ingredients: * 1 onion * 3 cloves of garlic * 2 cans of coconutmilk * 3-4 heaped tablespoons of peanutbutter * 2 teaspoon of red curry paste * 2 teaspoons tomato paste * 2 teaspoons (1 cube) vegetable broth * 2 zucchini (slice 0.5 cm) * 2 red bellpeppers (slice) * 1/2 cauliflower (smaller pieces) * 500 gram oyster mushrooms (smaller pieces) Cook onion and garlic in oil. Add currypaste and tomato paste. Then add coconut milk and let it cook. Add peanutbutter and brothcube. Add zucchini and cauliflower and cook for a couple of minuts. Add bellpeppers and mushrooms and cook until they are a little softer. So happy to finally be back here in the Algarve! I really missed the portuguese figs 😋. I made a delicious warming spelt semolina porridge and topped it with a hazelnut glaze, chocolate and these amazing figs. Now I am off to go for a walk on the beach and enjoying the salty sea breeze 🏝

Pumpkin 🎃 soup is in the top two soups 🥣 for me. Since first learning this recipe from a chef I’ve not altered it until I became plant based (now mostly plant based) this soup is just the bomb 💣 Ingredients ✒️ Whole Butternut pumpkin, chopped into chunks 3 med - large potatoes 🥔 chopped into chunks Water to just cover the veggies 1 can coconut milk/cream🥛 Salt Parsley for garnish Cracked pepper for garnish (and in soup if desired) 👩🏻‍🍳 In a tall pot over medium heat add in potato 🥔 and cover with water. Once par boiled add in pumpkin and top up water just covering pumpkin (if you add too much water your soup will be watery. Problem! If you add not enough water you can always add water later if soup is too thick 😉) Once both pumpkin and potato are cooked, remove from heat and blitz with a hand held mixer. Best to let the contents cool a bit, don’t want hot liquid spitting at you! Once all is blitz and resembles a soup, add in coconut cream/milk, stir. Next, stir in your desired amount of salt to taste and then serve up with garnish. I love eating my 🥣 soup with freshly made crusty bread rolls 🥖 I’ll share how I make those in next post. 🍂Pumpkin spice and oats are so nice 😀 This is the season to enjoy pumpkin in all varieties you can make it. My favorite is roasted pumpkin with coconut oil and cinnamon. Comes out very soft and delicious. If you have never tried pumpkin before it is a taste you have to get used to but once you taste a nice one it's a pumpkin love for life 🧡 To roast pumpkin you need to preheat the oven to 200°C, cut up pumpkin (with the skin on) in cubes, add coconut oil and cinnamon and roast for 40-50 mins until it's soft and.

The secret for a kick ass purple is mixing blue spirulina and pink pitaya 💖💙. - PURPLE VEGAN PANCAKES 🥞 ♡ 100 g all purpose flour ♡ 100 g whole wheat flour ♡ 10 g baking powder ♡ 1+1/2 tbsp baking soda ♡ 2 tbsp @rawnice pink pitaya powder ♡ 1+1/2 tsp @rawnice blue spirulina powder ♡ a pinch of sea salt ♡ 2-3 tbsp sweetener of choice (I used sugar) ♡ 360 ml milk of choice (I used coconut) ♡ 1+1/2 tbsp apple cider vinegar . Mix all dry ingredients in a large bowl. In a smaller one mix the liquid ones. Pour liquids over dry and mix. Let the batter sit for a couple of minutes. Heat up your pan and start cooking your pancakes about 1 minute per side. BLUE SPIRULINA CHIA PUDDING 💙 ♡ 5 + 1/2 tbsp chia seeds ♡ 2 tbsp coconut sugar ♡ a pinch of sea salt ♡ 1 + 1/2 tsp @rawnice blue spirulina powder (➡️ use code 'nourishing.andreea' for 15% off your order at @rawnice ) ♡ 1 tsp vanilla extract ♡ 280 ml milk of choice . Add everything into a jar, mix well and let it sit in the fridge over night. Do tego aromatyczny cynamon i od razu jesień staje się przyjemniejsza! ❤️ Składniki na 2 porcje: Masa z kaszy: 5 łyżek kaszy manny 500 ml mleka (u mnie bez laktozy) 2 łyżki erytrolu 1 łyżeczka cynamonu z Wietnamu Knorr 1 łyżka cukru waniliowego (a najlepiej erytrolu waniliowego) Mus malinowy: 200 g mrożonych malin (lub innych owoców) 3 łyżeczki erytrolu + odrobina pistacji Przygotowanie: Składniki na masę z kaszy wsypujemy/wlewamy do garnka i gotujemy do uzyskania jednolitej konsystencji. Maliny lekko rozmrażamy i blendujemy z erytrolem. Masę z kaszy przelewamy do pucharków i studzimy. Polewamy musem malinowym i posypujemy pokruszonymi pistacjami. Wkładamy do lodówki aby deser się schłodził.

Apple and lavander Jam, lavander harvested from @hitchinlavender Hitchin is a lavender farm close to both London and Cambridge. They have around 25 miles of lavender rows which you can walk through and pick your own fresh flowers from.  As well as the fields of lavender they also grow sunflowers and have a wildflower area. The farm has some spectacular views of rural Hertfordshire and Bedfordshire and there are many interesting walks surrounding us. Pancakes z dodatkiem mąki z tapioki 😍 dla mnie ta mąka to całkowita nowość 💜 Jest mocno specyficzna i z niej samej raczej nic nie wyjdzie 🤣 i wiem co mówię bo ani babeczki, ani pancakes z niej samej nie wyszły, tzn wyszły ale były bardzo gumowe 😓 Także sama nie (no chyba, że do zagęszczenia zup, polew czy kisielu), ale jako dodatek do innej mąki sprawdza się idealnie bo nie ma praktycznie smaku (według innych), chociaż według mnie ma lekko orzechowy aromat 😅😍 Także sami musicie ocenić, a póki co zostawiam Was z przepisem 🙌 Składniki na 2 porcje takich pancakes jak na zdjęciu: 3/4 szkl. mąki orkiszowej typ 500-700 (lub pszennej 😳) 1/4 szkl mąki z tapioki @kokos.bydgoszcz 1/2 szkl. maślanki 1 jajko 1 łyżeczka proszku do pieczenia 2 łyżeczki erytrolu/ksylitolu Przygotowanie: Wszystkie składniki mieszamy i odstawiamy na 15 minut. Gdy masa będzie za rzadka możemy dodać więcej mąki z tapioki. Smażymy na odrobinie oleju. Podajemy z ulubionymi dodatkami. Gotowe, smacznego ❤️

BANANOWY 🍌💛Spóźniony urodzinowy M. 💙 Nie jestem dobra w torty 🎂 ale lubię je robić 😁 miały być dwa piętra, ale mała forma została w Rzeszowie 😓 Podstawa jest mega zdrowa (niżej wrzucę Wam przepis), a dodatki to pokruszone ciacho, stopiona karmelowa czekolada z niebieską spiruliną @kokos.bydgoszcz , rurki, kinderki, maliny i ciacha także... Równowaga, co nie? 😁 Jeżeli chcecie zrobić 100% FIT wersję to do dekoracji warto użyć gorzkiej czekolady i duuuużej ilości owoców. No. To łapcie przepis ❤️ Składniki na średnią tortownice: 5 jajek 1 szkl. mąki orkiszowej typ 500-750 3/4 szkl. erytrolu/ksylitolu 1 łyżeczka proszku do pieczenia Przygotowanie: Białka oddzielamy od żółtek. Białka ubijamy na sztywno z solą himalajską. Dodajemy stopniowo erytrol/ksylitol oraz żółtka. Odkładamy mikser na bok. Do miski przesiewamy mąkę orkiszową z proszkiem do pieczenia. Delikatnie mieszamy przy pomocy szpatułki. Piekarnik nagrzewamy do 180 stopni. Przekładamy masę do silikonowej formy lub metalowej wysmarowanej olejem i obsypanej mąką i pieczemy ok. 25-30 min lub do tzw. suchego patyczka. Studzimy. Kroimy na pół. Jogurtowa pianka: 4 banany (najlepiej te ciemne) 400g jogurtu greckiego 4 łyżki erytrolu/ksylitolu 4 łyżeczki żelatyny Kilka kropel cytryny Przygotowanie: Banany miksujemy z jogurtem, ksylitolem/erytrolem i sokiem z cytryny. Żelatynę rozpuszczamy w 4 łyżkach wody. Dodajemy do masy. Wkładamy do lodówki na 20 minut. Biszkopt ponownie wkładamy do formy, skrapiamy odrobiną mocnej herbaty z rumem. Przekładamy 3/4 masy i przykrywamy drugim biszkoptem. Po 30 minutach smarujemy boki resztą masy (gdy za bardzo stężeje lekko podgrzewany). Wkładamy do lodówki na 3h. Dekorujemy dowolnymi dodatkami.

Doskonale wiecie, że ostatnio całkowicie stawiam na prostotę. Upały nie pozwalają odpalić piekarnika, a ochota na coś dobrego zawsze jest...🐷 Więc ratować się trzeba FIT sernikiem na zimno, oczywiście bez pieczenia. 🙌😍 Bez cukru, a jeżeli użyjecie biszkoptów bezglutenowych to i bez glutenu. 😁👍 Kto się skusi?! 🍓Składniki: 1 kg twarogu sernikowego (tego z wiaderka) Dwie duże garście biszkoptów bez cukru 3 łyżki żelatyny 1/2 szkl. mleka 3 łyżki śmietany 18%  1 szkl. erytrolu Opcjonalnie: Barwnik spożywczy/niebieska spirulina (mam od @kokos.bydgoszcz bo często pytacie) 🍓Przygotowanie: Spód tortownicy wykładamy papierem do pieczenia i układamy biszkopty.  Twaróg, śmietanę i erytrol przekładamy do miski.  Mleko gotujemy i rozpuszczamy w nim żelatynę. Dodajemy kilka łyżek sera i energicznie mieszamy. Przelewamy do miski i łączymy wszystkie składniki, oraz opcjonalnie dodajemy barwnik/matchę/spirulinę. Przelewamy masę do tortownicy i chłodzimy w lodówce do momentu aż sernik stężeje.

Mini-Pavlova... Bez cukru, laktozy i glutenu... JEDYNIE 20 KCAL 😍🤤 Raj na ziemi ❤️ Idealnie słodka, idealnie chrupiącą. Wrzucam Wam przepis tu, ale znajdziecie go również na blogu. Składniki na 3 bezy: 2 duże białka jaja 90 g erytrolu 1/2 łyżeczki mąki ziemniaczanej Szczypta soli Kilka kropel soku z cytryny lub odrobina octu Dodatkowo: Mleczko kokosowe (stała część)/mascarpone/owoce Przygotowanie: Ubijamy białka ze szczyptą soli na sztywno. Dodajemy stopniowo, łyżeczka po łyżeczce erytrol (najlepszy jest drobny, można rozkruszyć go w moździerzu). Następnie dodajemy sok z cytryny lub ocet, ponownie miksujemy. Wsypujemy mąkę i delikatnie mieszamy szpatułką. Cienką blaszkę do pieczenia wykładamy papierem do pieczenia. Rysujemy od małej miski okręgi na papierze do pieczenia. Nakładamy masę i wkładamy do piekarnika. Nagrzewamy piekarnik do 150 stopni, pieczemy ok. 2 minuty i zmniejszamy temperaturę do 110 stopni. Pieczemy z otwartymi drzwiczkami przez ok. 80-90 minut. Wyłączamy piekarnik i studzimy w nim bezy. Na wysuszone bezy nakładamy ubite mleczko kokosowe lub mascarpone i dekorujemy owocami.
Pudding chia rzadko mi wychodzi, ale z tego jestem mocno zadowolona 😁 Taki #unicorn trochę 💙💜💙 jak coś ładnie wygląda to i smakuje 100 razy lepiej, prawda? 😍

Kolejny banalny, ale przesmaczny i bardzo słodki koktajl. 🍌😋😍🤗 Dzięki porzeczkom koktajl jest bogaty w witaminę C, PP oraz żelazo. Banan zaś dostarczy nam witaminy takie jak witamina A, C, E i K oraz witaminy z grupy B. Ponadto dzięki malinom koktajl będzie zawierał również potas, magnez i wapń.
