🌱В случае заболевания, а у меня это горло, другими простудами не помню когда и болела, а вот горло, мои миндалины... сразу тормозят всякие вирусы и т д... 🌱Удалять миндалины, большая ошибка⛔! В нашем организме всё предусмотрено и ничего лишнего нет.🙅 🌱Люди, которые часто страдают на боли в горле, скажите спасибо, что вирус не идёт дальше, ваш организм вас же и защищает, а многие их (миндалины) удаляют...этот незаменимый "фильтр"⚔️ 🌱Не спешите пичкать себя химией, постарайтесь помогать организму, а не усугублять, потом ведь побочка даст о себе знать... 🌱Т к миндалины имеют пористую структуру, это хорошая ловушка для вирусов, микробов, остатков еды, которые могут служить возбудителем болезней! 🌱Нужно выработать привычку и для профилактики полоскать и следить за чистотой миндалин всегда❄️ 🌱В раннем детстве я переболела ангиной, с тех пор у меня это и осталось "больным местом", а всё потому что запускать нельзя было.😥 🌱Но если за последние 2 года, меня беспокоит горло пару раз, то раньше это было намного чаще, здесь спасибо питанию, организм стал лучше справляться на первых стадиях.💪🏼 🌱Как только я чувствую дискомфорт, каждые пол часа полоскаю содой, (можно и с солью) и календулой. В этот раз от йодового распылителя отказалась. Весь день обильное питью трав🌿 и воды с мёдом, 🍋лимоном(не переборщить!). 🌱И очень важно! Не нагружать себя едой. Самое лучшее это голод, нужно что бы вся энергия шла на борьбу с вирусом👊🏼! Я голодаю первую половину дня, потом ем 1 или 2 фрукта🍌🍊 и если уж совсем внемоготу немного чистого риса. i kept it simple yet interesting to say the least about this weeks meal plan. i honestly don’t know why but lately i have been obsessing over chia seeds maybe its the texture but whatever it is my tastebuds enjoy every bite! As always I’m gonna pair it with the fruit salad that has a mixture of your favorite berries such as raspberries and blue berries with some nuts and agave! Banana Cacao Chia Seed Pudding: Ingredients: * 3 bananas * 2 tbsp of cacao powder * 2 cup of chia seeds * 4 cups of almond milk * 2 tsp of vanilla extract * 4 tbsp of agave Instructions: 1. Peel two bananas and place it in a bowl with the chia seeds. Mash together with a fork until they are well combined. You will end up with a mushy banana, chia seed paste. 2. Add vanilla extract and almond milk. Mix together until lumps are gone. 3. Now we need to divide the chia seed mixture in half. Separate, then cover one and place it in the fridge. 4. To the other half, add the sweetener (agave)and cacao powder. Mix well. Cover and refrigerate 15-20 min. 5. Comenzando semana! Como les va con el lunes?🙋🏻‍♀️. Planificar con antelación las comidas para toda la semana o para todo el mes parece ser, para muchas personas, una tarea demasiado complicada. Sin embargo, es un excelente hábito que puede aportarte muchos beneficios. La planificación del menú te permite: 1.Llevar una alimentación más equilibrada, ya que: realizas comidas más variadas y por lo tanto con un mejor aporte de nutrientes. •evitas la improvisación, que generalmente termina con la compra de alimentos poco saludables. •los horarios y los tiempos de comida están más organizados, por lo que es más fácil respetarlos. 2.Ahorrar tiempo porque: •un solo viaje al supermercado es suficiente para hacer las compras para toda la semana. no tienes que estar preguntándote a diario qué cocinar. •puedes tener varias comidas preparadas de antemano (salsas, rellenos, verduras listas para usar). •puedes elegir recetas fáciles y rápidas, que te permitan disponer de más tiempo sin descuidar tu alimentación. 3.Ahorrar dinero, ya que: •no solamente vas una sola vez al super en la semana, sino que además lo haces con una lista de compras (en base al menú), lo cual te permite evitar tentaciones y compras innecesarias. •puedes aprovechar los descuentos e incluso planificar tu menú en base a ellos. •puedes elegir alimentos (básicamente frutas y verduras) de estación, los cuales suelen ser más económicos. •la comida preparada en casa es generalmente menos costosa que salir a comer afuera o comprar comida pronta. 4.Reducir el estrés provocado por preguntas cotidianas como ¿qué voy a almorzar?, ¿qué preparo para la cena?, ¿qué cocino hoy? Es prácticamente imposible combinar una alimentación sana con el ritmo de vida actual si no lo planificamos con antelación. ¡Inténtalo! Vale la pena destinar unos minutos cada semana para organizar el menú familiar.
