veggie STIR FRY bowl 🥕🥦🍠🍚 ingredients:
sautéed veggies~ sweet potatoes, broccoli, carrots, bell peppers, brussel sprouts, butternut squash, mushrooms
angel hair Miracle noodles
Coconut Secret teriyaki sauce & garlic sauce
sauté all veggies, cook rice, cook miracle noodles (only takes 2 minutes for the noodles). sauté the tempeh with coconut oil added to it.
top with sesame seeds and teriyaki and garlic coconut sauce.
enjoy an easy dinner 💛.
I was vegetarian for a couple of months, refraining from all kinds of meat and then I fell off the wagon. I regret it and decided to stop regretting it and just start over. For ME I felt the difference. I don't always just take someone's word for something. I have to see for myself. I DEF felt and noticed the difference. Now I just feel full and stuffed when I wake up every morning, sluggish and basically like I stuffed my face the night before. Again, this works for me. Soooo for meal prep, I tried @eatbanza
chickpea pasta and it tastes just like pasta but packed with protein and fiber... I highly recommend! I roasted some brussel sprouts, steamed some zucchini, green beans, peppers and added stewed tomatoes. I like chips more then sweets so I added veggie straws as a snack with the obvious other stuff. Ginger tea vs coffee (sniffle sniffle) in the morning and of course TONS of water! If you see me staring at meat and going for it, please do me a favor and slap it out of my hand?! 😂 Nah, I got this. I did it before and I can do it again... FYI- I always have loved veggies so that is why I think it became easy for me to give up meat. Meal prep! A lot of hard work to prep this much, but so worth it for the lack of stress while staying on track during the week! From beginning to end: Blueberry muffins, Broccoli cheddar egg cups, Baby carrots with pepper, Kashi whole grain sea salt crackers, Fage plain green yogurt with mixed fruit and pumpkin pie spice and a tsp. of peanut butter, and Spinach and ground turkey lasagna roll ups! It’s going to be a delicious week. 😋

Check my story out for my card 🙏🏻 Wholefood loading- 2 X fruits,veg and berries; because it’s impossible for me to eat 9-13 servings consistently everyday- so I need to bridge that gap 🙋🏻♀️ Coffee- because 🤷🏻♀️ Visualization- to remind me of what’s important and what I want to achieve.

A Ben &Jerry’s é uma empresa do grupo Unilever, uma empresa gigante dona de varias marcas que testam em animais, e por essa razão, muitos veganos não consomem produtos dessas empresas, ainda que os produtos sejam veganos.
Respeito a opinião, afinal, sempre é pensando nos animais, mas no meu caso sempre que tenho uma dúvida sobre consumir um produto ou não, penso “O que ajuda mais os animais”? E na minha opinião, mais produtos veganos no mercado e produtos veganos mais baratos, é o que ajuda os animais. Para que as marcas continuem a fazer produtos veganos, precisamos apoiar. E quanto maior a escala de produção, melhor o preço e incentivo para as pessoas substituírem os produtos do dia-a-dia. Obviamente precisamos priorizar empresas conscientes, comprando produtos veganos e frequentando estabelecimentos veganos. Mas quando perguntamos no mercado por um produto vegano de uma marca não vegana, ou quando vamos num restaurante não vegano e pedimos para fazer um prato tirando a carne ou queijo, talvez estejamos fazendo muito mais pelo veganismo.

solved all your problems with this sausage and veggie bake. Start to finish, it only took 30 mins and a cutting board, sheet pan, knife, and pair of tongs. How much easier does it get? The only thing that made it even tastier was the side of spicy mustard 😋

Awoke to the amazing smell of homemade pickling brine cooling on the stove top. 😍 Shown here are my dad's "hot dill" pickle spears--my favorites are his "bread and butter" pickle chips. All cucumbers come from his garden. I haven't shown him the "It's Alive" recipe from @brad_leone
