3️⃣ Devamli tartılmak! Tamamen bir hastalık haline gelebiliyor! Devamli tartılmayın cünkü kilonuz tartıda birçok nedenden ötürü cikip inecek, bunun sizi kontrol etmesine izin vermeyin!

Can’t say I’d even poke a salad with a 10 foot pole. 😷 But this isn’t a salad. I added rice. So that makes it a bowl. Much much different. 😂 (whatever helps you sleep at night, Livv). I made a promise to myself to sit down and actually make a meal plan for the week BEFORE I went grocery shopping so that I wasn’t standing with the fridge door open for half an hour complaining that I had nothing to eat. 🤷🏼♀️ My meal plan took me all of five minutes. I then had a flashback of myself crying at the kitchen table when I tried to make one for the first time. It was HARD in the beginning. And yes, Karen, I know that you’re already so busy there’s no damn way you can sit down at the table to plan your meals for the week, but this is definitely one habit you should start practicing ESPECIALLY if you’re busy! A little bit more time in one block, but saves you so much time throughout the week! And practice makes perfect right?! 🙌🏼 #bowlsfordays #plantbasedliving
