Topp'd pizza has taken feedback from vegans and switched their cheese from daiya to follow your heart. They also use an organic sugar that is not filtered through bone char. I had a good chat with the owner, Chad, and he's very interested in providing the best options for vegan pizza. Check them out in multiple locations around KC.

I experimented with lunch and it turned out amazing. It’s @gardein
beef-less tip, boiled potatoes, portobello mushrooms, and sautéed white onions. The sauce is extra virgin olive oil mixed with sesame seed oil, balsamic vinegar, rosemary, thyme, oregano, bay leaf, coarse black pepper, puréed garlic, salt and a touch of red pepper. It’s so savory!

It's been a while since I have made a smoothie bowl. But I was inspired after having one at brunch with my ladies yesterday.
Great breakfast after training. Oats, blueberries, walnuts, hemp seed, cacao nibs and maple syrup.
Long week and @greensandgrains
helps me out again. Lentil and sweet potato coconut curry over brown rice. Delicious!
